“I never received my ammo.”

“Never re lived the order and had to order it elsewhere. Never had a problem before with your company. Was not at all happy... Hope thay it doesn't happen in the future.....”

Here are the notes customer service put on the order. Looks like FedEx damaged the package. CS: Customer emailed stating, "Today was the first time the delivery was damaged during shipment and is on its' way back to you. I am not privileged to know what happened but this time, FEDEX has let me down. I usually delivered within 2-3 days without incident. at this point I wish to have my credit card issued a credit, as I needed the ammo and bought it elsewhere. I will buy from you next time but will specify the carrier as UPS. " ER 8/11/25

“It took a week and a half to even ship the ammunition to me. I’m through about 500 of the 2000 rounds I bought and I’ve had just shy of 30 rounds fail to detonate will not be purchasing again.”

“Ammo was great. Terms of service was not good I was charged shipping insurance for items that I picked up in store. There is a button to defer shipping insurance but if you leave the site and return the button will be checked again and I didn't catch it, (my fault). My problem with this is that when I picked up my order I asked the salesman at the counter about this issue and he told me to contact customer service and handed me my order. I contacted customer service via email and got a standard response of "all sales are final " and no more communication afterwards. It was only a few dollars but I thought it was a sorry way of doing business. I mean I didn't really expect to get the money back but maybe an apologetic email or maybe a coupon on my next purchase some sort of jester that would make me feel like I should try another purchase.”

“order was deliveried by fed ex to a wrong location. after speeking with OU several time they finally issued a credit of half of what the order was. in essence wanting me to such up the 100 dollar differance... what do I pay for the insuarce on the order for. DO NO BUY FROM THEM”

“I ordered Aquila 22lr super extra high velacity 6000 rounds fly primmed . I received 6000 rounds of plain high velocity Aquila primmed. Not very happy .Will be reconsidering where I will be buying my bulk ammo in the future ie 9mm 45 acp 380 acp.”

“Purchased 500 rounds of Hughes Precision 5.56 ammo that is blowing out primers and Outdoor Limited won’t do anything. Referred me to the manufacturer who hasn’t responded to my inquiries. Outdoors Limited should stand behind the products they sell, not make the customer suffer for poor quality.”

“Outdoor Limited sells good products but sometimes sells foreign made ammunition from companies that have very bad quality standards. I bought Sterling ammunition that had inconsistent casing lengths causing chamber jams and was told I needed to contact the manufacturer about the problem, they are in Europe. They never responded to my concerns,”

“I was very Disappointed with the ammo , I will not purchase this again, With this ammo I had numerous malfunctions in both my Danial Defense pistol and also my Beretta 92X, I bought 1000 rounds. Now just giving the ammo away. .”

“when the box arrived it had been severely damaged in shipping. it was completely wraped in 2""clear duck tape. 7 1/2 boxes of ammo were missrng. 3 of the remaining boxes were damaged. the box had been jammed hard on two sides that broke the box and popped the top open. did not arrrive home until day after it was delivered so could not talk to ups person. dont know where it got trashed but next time wrap COMPLETELY IN GORILLA DUCT TAPE if there is a next time for me! AL from MAINE”

“51 out of the 100 parts were in good enough condition to use. 21 had damage to the rim and arrived painted red see the picture. Several were so bulged resizing was not possible.”
