All Magtech 9 MM ammo is far from subsonic! States on the box FMJ Flat Subsonic 147 GR. The rounds are louder than any of my standard ammo. Use subsonic for target shooting behind the house without scaring our dog and irritating the neighbors. Have not tried all but there is serious mis-labling from Magtech. Now I'm stuck with over 700 rounds of worthless ammo!!! How do these people get away with this obvious fraud and certain I'm not the only one ripped off!

I ordered some blanks for my can cannon. I ordered M200 A1 blanks. They wouldn't work because they were too long. My mistake, so I kept the blanks and ordered another two boxes of the correct blanks (M200). When the order arrived, it was the same M200 A1 blanks that I received the first time. I tried to contact customer service, bu hey wanted me to fill out a form and the form required me to upload photos of the packaging which I had already thrown away. What a major pain! Now I have four boxes of blanks that won't work with a can cannon.

Sent wrong ammo 45LC. Came back from glassing with club found email acknowlege fault and stated to ship wrong ammo at my cost and they would correct and send new 45lc. First i never heard of any seller that didn't say ammo sales final no returns. looking for a new seller for our club puchases and will be writing article in our quartarly newsletter. poor customer sevice and sales.

I wrote two emails to customer service about the damaged package with 23 rounds missing from a broken box of 9mm. No response. All I wanted was Outdoor Limited to put some effort in helping me out. Expectations were low. Outdoor didn't even try.

I wish I could continue to do business with Outdoor Limited, but after my recent experience, not only will I no longer do business with your company, I will have to share your business practices on social media and with the FTC. I am a pretty patient person, but if you short my order and can't come close to a resolution a month later, patience is lost. Your customer service process has failed as nobody ever responded to my "problem order form", and 9 emails later I can see that this will not be resolved.

Really bad experience.On 12/24/2024 I purchased 5K rounds of 22LR ammo. Then I realized I needed to make corrections to my order. I sent an email and left a voice message to cancel my order. On 12/26/2024 at 8:14AM I received a confirmation that the order had been canceled. Since then, despite my multiple requests they haven't refunded my money. Today is 01/12/2025. i received multiple promises that my money was going to be refunded in 5 days, then in 10 days. Now they started claiming they refunded my bank account on 01/06/2025??? (they do not have my bank account!!!). However, neither my bank account nor my initial payment with a Credit Card was refunded!!!! Really bad experience with those guys.

I ordered ammo on 12-1 and recieved half my order on 12-20. They will not ship the other half of my order and will only refund my money. It is now 1-6 and I still have not seen the refund. Would rate it higher when I get my refund. 3* at best since I only recived half of what was ordered.

Ammo arrive damaged and nothing was done about that all . I paid xtra to have it here in 2 days . Box arrived busted open , ammo was out of the boxes and customer service did nothing about it . I asked for my shipping charges back but customer service did not 1 thing to help me . I’ve bout ammo there for years but now they’ve lost a customer . Shame on them

Their insurance is a scam. My package came smashed and the ammo was all over in the box and I had to fight like hell just to get them to agree to return it. Their response was “it should still work” and made me out to be the bad guy for not wanting to separate all the rounds from the packing peanuts and store them in a ziplock.

I had ordered 12ga doule 00 buck in low recoil. You had sent me magnum shells which I can't use.& I'm not going through the trouble of srnding them back.

Very confusing description of product. Ordered several things. Thought I was ordering 2.5 inch 410 but SURPRISE you got 3 inch. I can't even give them away. Maybe my fault maybe yours. Who knows. Won't order from you again. Too many straight up sellers.

All boxes came torn open and all the ammo is now just loose in the box mixed with packing peanuts and shredded boxes. Absolutely terrible. 2 year olds must run this company

Honestly, was short roughly 30 rounds out of the 1000 I bought... thought that was a bit ridiculous. Plus nothing really said that they were Winchester M855s... you just put your own sticker on the box stating that they supposedly were.. Not impressed at all.

Very poor customer support and incompetent employees. Called in an order for 12 guage 3.5" BB and they ordered 12 guage 3.5" BBB. The customer service team was accusatory of it being my fault and at first refused to issue me a refund and correct the order. The customer service folks have no knowledge of the products they sell and it took more than 15 days for them to issue a refund. Buyers beware.

Deal for ammo in can was great. BUT, I used a credit card that I had not used in awhile to keep it active. 10 days later someone tried to use that card illegally to purchase $3500 in concert tickets. I do not believe in coincidence. It is reasonable to assume an employee stole my crefit card info and tried to steal my identity for an illegal purchase. I will play it safe and not buy from Outdoor Ltd. again. It was a hassle to straighten this all out and unless I hear the perp was caught and punished, I cannot purchase from here again.
