“Ammo was as expected, price was competitive. Shipping was antiquated. You need to get it out of your warehouse much faster, take a lesson from hundreds of other online retailers on their processes.”

“Bought a box of 45cal ammo. From where the clerk pointed them out for me on the shelf . Paid for them went to my car . Look in the box with all the other ammo that I had bought and realized they where 45 colt ammo. I went back in the store and tried to exchange them. And the clerk would not let me exchange them for the right 45 ammo I needed . So I had to buy another box of correct 45cal ammo I needed. Now iam stuck with a box of 45 colt ammo that I can't use.”

“Even Stevie wonder could see the inferior packing job and it clearly caused the issues during shipping they keep there head in the sand and pretend it wasn’t the issue. WTF Did I pay shipping protection for. What a scam!”

“One of the 50 round boxes was ripped open and loose rounds were in the bottom of the packaging. Very poor quality control with the packing.”

“I made a purchase of 500 rounds of ammo and was shorted by 13 rounds I made a claim and was offered $10 off my next purchase, this is not acceptable so I refuse to use outdoor limited ever again because of this, I expected to either be compensated for what I did not receive or have the missing items sent to me free of charge with a small token of apology in the form of Maybe an extra box of ammo for the trouble. But instead I was called a liar and told my order didn't show up in such a manner when in fact it absolutely did, so outdoor limited lost a customer for life because of this and I want to be removed from all communications from here on out for any reason thank you have a good day.”

“I made an online purchase for 11 boxes of a particular ammo that your site stated there was 33 available. A few days later I received a voicemail stateing the order would not be complete as only 5 boxes were available. I would've liked the option of another manufacturer rather than only 5 boxes. Please ensure your inventory is accurate and reflects what your site states. Ron”

“Placed an order for over $200 dollars and was charged over $30 bucks for shipping. Contacted customer service and they said you guy stopped free shipping over $200 2 weeks ago. Only two days later you are advertising free shipping with $200 order. Seems pretty sketchy business practice. I’m shopping through ammo seek now.”

“Poor customer service! And false advertisement!! I ordered NEW ammunition and the sent me remanufactured ammunition!! It’s clear as day that it’s not new. Discoloration, primers are not silver colored and a lot of the primers have firing pin marks!!”

“Honestly, I would like to do business with this company who my friends love the experience they have had woth outdoorlimited.com. I placed a order and was told my order was shipping and I would receive it two weeks later, but it never came. After calling the company they said they would get this issue taken care of and send me a new confirmation on a shipping date. A few days later ( three weeks after placing my order) I get a email stating they are sending my money back because they over sold the ammo I had ordered. I am not happy. Tom B”

“Never received my order and I have to wait for a refund and I the mean time I have to pay interest on the amount. They get their money right away and are very slow to refund my money. Terrible company I'll never purchase anything from them ever again”
