“ordered ammo, ordered canceled almost 2 weeks later when prices even higher and availblity even scarcer. Then took 3 days after order cancelled for a refund...Dismal”

“Ordered and received no confirmation or expected Delivery after placing an order. Their website says not to contact them Because they are busy (aren’t we all?) Customer service and Communication Is important, but not to This company. Wasn’t until I asked to have my order canceled that I got information that the items had shipped, but they really didn’t ship. Upon checking with the Carrier they only printed a label. Finally did receive the items but the lack of communication is horrible. Don’t read the reviews on their website just google their reviews and you’ll read the same as what I experienced. I’m no longer a customer”

“Bin ordering from you guys for an awhile now. Usually place order and it’s on my doorstep within a few days!!!! AWSOME service was very happy , last order was on Monday delivery was promised Friday, no show no email, I emailed said it would ship following week. No show no email, emailed again!!! Got email back my $$ was refunded , I’ll never order again from them !!! Don’t understand how you go from AWSOME service to horrible service!!!!🤷🏼‍♂️”

“My order was never delivered to my home. I notified Outdoor limited, and they told me to basically “to pound sand”! I ordered just a box of 5ct. OO buck shot. I would take a picture of the box if I could, sorry, folks.”

“I have placed a few orders with this company and everything was great. I did not receive this order. Outdoor Limited canceled my order without my consent or acknowledgement. I was never given a reason as to why. I tried to call several times and sent several emails. Never received a reply.”

“First the package was delayed. Then it went to After Ship by the time I got it the package was damaged. the box the shells were in was in was ripped wide open and all the shells were laying loose inside the package. Was not happy.”

“I ordered a case of ammo with the understanding from the notice on the header of.your website that stated, please allow 4-5 days for shipping. Pn day six no activity had changed on the website, so I decided to call and email customer service. No response until I threatened to dispute the CC charges if no information was to be provided. Miraculously a rep decided to then respond that Outdoor Limited would cancell.my order, it seems like they were more interested in telling me to to get lost instead fixing the problem. I left a review on Ammo Seek of my experience, and yet again that spurred more activity from a Outdoor Limited rep that decided to tell me that I should order ammo that was in stock! With that bit of information, I then realized why you guys never shipped my order in the first place.....because you didn't have the ammo that you took my money for! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN BUYING AMMO I HAVE EVER HAD IN 20 YEARS OF BUYING AMMO ONLINE.”

“Order #1875366 was not placed by me. These items were left in my basket and received emails stating that fact from Outdoor limited. They then processed the order on their own using a credit card I had used on their website previously.”

“Consistently underpowered cartidges. In only a 250 round day, had about four rounds that didnt cycle the slide, and failed to extract the spent casing. Had to confirm each time it wasnt a squib. Everything else just felt weak. Wont buy again.”

“Purchased a magazine , it will not lock into the gun. Guess it’s the wrong mag. Tried to get info on how to return it for a refund or for the correct mag. They told me they do not except returns on ammunition. Sorry but if you do not know the difference between ammunition and a magazine, you probably should not be selling either one. Gave up on trying to return, guess I’ll try and sell it to someone that needs it. Purchased the correct mag from a different business. I will not purchase anything from outdoor limited again”

“It had a different pic when I ordered. Do your research before ordering. Once arrived I noticed it wasn’t what I had ordered. Picture it correct now and hope that saves you. After I run a few boxes if they don’t misfire and jam like everyone says I’ll change review but I doubt it.”

“UPS kept the order in Port Huron Michigan, my orders never go their, always Lake Oroion, Michigan. They first it had to go threw Customs to be checked, Then they said Something was Wrong with YOUR PACKING SLIP. Finally received it 10 days later, After I told them it was OK FOR THEM TO LOOK IN IT!! DON'T BELIEVE I WILL EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOUR BUSINESS AGAIN !! I'VE ORDDERED These things from other businesses, NO troubles at all. ALSO YOU CHARGE DOUBLE THE HAZMAT FEE. GRIGIN RIDICULOUS, AND A FEE FOR PROPER DELIVERY WHAT JOKE. YOU PEOPLE STINK !!”
