I have purchased over a thousand dollars of ammo and targets in the last year. I love the free shipping. And I have been happy. But the last order of $ 483 didn't include five boxes of 22lr. I dont think it was packed. Box was not dammaged. It could of had more straps, my box had one strap holding 1500+ rnds of ammo and the 100 pc targets. The kicker ? you still havent issued a credit to my account and was told to re order but then would pay shipping on five boxes of 22lr.

I ordered the wrong product by mistake, and as soon as I realized that and not more than five or ten minutes later, I called and emailed to inform you of that error. I was told basically to pound sand, that there was nothing you would do and i needed to take 500 rebounds of poorly performing ammo (in my gun) whether I wanted it or not. So here I sit today with several hundred dollars of ammo that is not enjoyable to shoot because you would not help a customer out. Your service sucks. And I hope you have to pay for that at some point

I purchased 500 rounds of PMC.223. Received the Ammo pretty fast and then opened the box. What a disaster. All the boxes were thrown around and bullets were all over. Had a great time putting them all back in the boxes( I know, I'm OCD). Well, guess what! A few rounds must have fallen out of the lightly taped outer box and disappeared in the UPS truck. They did not fill the box with enough packing material and it just looked like it was thrown together. I notified Outdoorlimited and was basically told they wouldn't help. They told me to contact PMC. For What? Your terrible packing job. I have ordered ammo many times online from different companies and never had this happen. Oh well. I would save Outdoorlimited to be a place I use if all the others run out of ammo or the price is way cheaper.

The delivery never came to my home and they said it was delivered. I was home all day that day.

Never received product, had to call and track down the UPS info to find out what happened. Then despite paying for insurance was told they could not resend or replace and that a refund would be issued. I had to work with my bank and force them to provide a refund over a month after the order was placed. Will never order from them again. Lost a customer and will let everyone know how bad their customer service is, and to spend our money elsewhere.

I ordered 13 boxes of 7.62x54r. I never received a tracking number. I called and a male customer rep answered. He addressed me as “my man.” I told him that was unprofessional. Needless to say, his customer service was poor. I eventually received the ammo. 5 of the 13 boxes were torn and badly damaged. I had loose ammo in the box. I called and left them a message to call me. I never heard from them. I will not order from OL again.

No ethics. This business lies. Sends email indicating that parcel has shipped. Four days later UPS had not received the package. What Outdoor does is print a shipping label, send you an email saying the items are on the way so they ( Outdoor Limited ) can go ahead and charge your credit card. Stay away. 0 stars.

Don't order from them they shipped me loose box where all Amy ammo was spilled outside the box missing 550 rounds
