“Misleading add i'm into purchase corrosive ammo, which I did not want and when I tried to send it back, you wouldn't take it. Shame on you for not putting corrosive ammunition right on page one I need to let people know immediately Shame on you for carrying corrosive ammo and selling it to people with expensive firearms Paulzac55@gmail.com”

“I paid for Fedx shipping for my order which listed a date for receiving my product then after that date went by I called Outdoorlimited only to find that the order had not yet shipped and would be more than a week late arriving.”

“Bad order processing. Ordered on February 28 and received notice the order shipped on March 6 with an anticipated ship date of March 4??? FedEx tracking number was created with a correct package weight but the package has never moved or been picked up by FedEx. It's now March 20 and after several assurances this package would ship, OutdoorLimited now says I have to wait until April 6 for a refund, even though the tracking shows it was never picked up or scanned by FedEx. Buyer beware - there are inventory and shipping problems at OutdoorLimited and you may or may not get your goods or your money back.”

“I purchased shipping insurance and 8 of 10 boxes were damaged. When I ontacted outdoor limited they would not do anything and told me shipping insurance is just a tracking number.”

“Service and price are good. BUT, please believe me when I say- DO NOT BUY ANY ARMSCOR AMMO. The quality sucks and they do not give refunds and neither does Outdoor Limited. Signed, Michael Moore.”

“They shorted me 3 boxes and then because I hadnt saved the box that ammo was delivered in to take pictures of they refused to make good on it. Stole 25$ from me as the box was intact and still had 2 straps on it.”

“Flagged my order as fraud. OK, would have been nice to get a heads up about that but I can see that being a heavy workload but took the money anyway. Response is to dispute it with my bank. If you think my order is fraudulent why charge my card in the first place if you charge my card and get money, why not ship the order. Will make sure everyone I shoot with also knows how business is done here and avoids.”

“I do not appreciate your no returns and no cancelation policy. The defendor 45acp was advertised at 880 fps and the boxes i received are stamped at 830 Fps. The defender 45acp was not advertised as remanufactured and led me to believe it was new ammunition. It is standard to advertise remanufactured if the product is not original as the other products on the site. I recived a email that claimed i had to refuse the package or pay shipping if opened. I did not know the product was remanufactured or fps was not as advertised until i opened the package. All the information on the site says all orders final and no returns. I am disappointed”

“Order has not arrived and am still awaiting response from CS. All orders in the past have arrived no issues, i understand this is on the Carriers end however as of now I am still out about $500 or 1k 556”

“I purchased 1000 rounds of a government overrun 556X45mm ammo. Well, first the shipment was delivered almost a week late. Then we did a count and the box was 186 rounds short. Finally attempted to contact Outdoors 4 times over the next 2 only to be disconnected. I'LL JUST EAT THIS ONE, BUT NEVER AGAIN!”

“They said product would ship in 2-3 days. It was three weeks without any notification. I was about ready to cancel the order and the next day it arrived.”

“I got billed right away, I am 3 weeks out and my order still has not shipped although I was told it was waiting for pickup yesterday, but the system does not show that. I was not allowed to switch to an instock item.”

“3 weeks and still haven’t received item. They sent me a UPS tracking number after I complained about 1 week in. The tracking number wasn’t active, just printed. Contacted back a week later, no apology - just removed the tracking number and put it back into pending status. Approaching 1 month and still have nothing and nothing has shipped.”
