“Packed so carelessly that four of the 14 boxes slid around during transport came open and spilled 200 bullets in the bottom of that cardboard box. What incompetent fucks! Wish nothing but terrible things for you and yours and your fucked up company. Drop dead. Post this review. I dare you. Losers!”

“I ordered 5000 rd 22LR and 4 10rd mags. The ammos I were correct, but my mags were wrong (I got 30rd mags instead). I had to cancelled my trip because I don't have my 10rd mags. My FFL was holding those mags and I had to file the wrong products form to return them. I filed that form online and Josh Watson responded and said that I have to wait till my FFL shipped those mags out before he will send my correct mags to me and he could not do anything till then. I was really frustrated about it. This is ridiculous and I got punished because of your company's shipment error. Do you think that's FAIR? How about all my inconvenience cost? I email Josh and then Eric to request my refund and I got the run-around. Until now I have not received any of my refunds besides the complaints about my frustration when I was on the phone with them.”

“Not a good experience with Outdoor Limited. The foam they use to package shipments leaked into the box of ammo I ordered causing damage. When I contacted customer service they basically said clean the ammo and use it anyway. No thanks! It's not my job to clean up your mistake and risk damage or injury. They definitely don't stand behind their mistakes and put the onus on the customer. Terrible customer service!”

“Package delivered to my old address, despite checking the box for shipping. Shipping same as billing address. I never got the box and even though I paid for shipping insurance, they are claiming that since it was delivered to the wrong address, the insurance does not count. Now UPS has lost the box and outdoor limited has filed a claim and says they will not refund me until they get their money back from UPS. Meanwhile, I'm out $300 while these two profitable companies bicker.”

“The order was refunded after it took several days to get to the shipping department and several more days for shipping to process it. By that time, seven days had passed and the ammo was no longer in stock. Order placed on 3/20. Shipped status on 3/23. Canceled and refunded status on 3/27.”

“My other purchases have always been very good and delivered in a timely manner. However: my last purchases on 3/14/2023 has been very poor. My credit card was charged on 03/16/2023 and labeled on 3/17/2023,,,estimated delivery date 3/22/2023. But so far nothing has arrived. I sent an email to outdoor limited about the matter on Marche 28,2023, and on 03/29/23 received an email that they would look into it. I did not hear back from outdoor limited, so on 4/3/2023 I contacted ups and they said they had not received it yet. the order number was 1787371, and the ups number was 1zR9460Y0398458388. So very very poor service on this order. I hope this resolved or I will not be placing any more orders from outdoor limited. At least contact me and let me know the status of my order or refund my money”
