“We are a trained and licensed firearm family and we have purchased bulk ammunition from various sources over many years. Never have I received ammunition of this poor quality. Awful quality ammunition and they refuse to take responsibility. It jams every round, in every gun we own and has even caused injury. I reported the defective ammunition and they deflected blame onto a 3rd party. Then when we try to contact them they return all emails as non existent. Will be disputing with our bank for this unsafe, unusable junk.”

“Poor packaging. Ammunition spilled all over inside shipping box. Crushed ammunition boxes. Forced shipping insurance without asking. Inflated shipping charges.”

“Absolutely awful ammunition. Each box had between 2 and 8 rounds that would not fire. The malfunctions happened consistently in both of the firearms I used. Easily the worst ammo I've ever shot. With a close to 20% failure rate, this ammo should not be purchased(or even sold for that matter)”

“The state of CT requires that I have a permit to purchase ammunition, which I have, and am required to use when purchasing ammo at Cabelas, etc. Unfortunately, OutdoorLimited has its own internal policy that does not honor my state of CT ammunition permit and instead requires that I obtain a CT pistol permit in order to purchase ammunition from them...for a rifle. Very stupid policy.”

“Thought card was hacked. Notified credit card company. They checked into outdoor. Because of this they won't except any orders from me. I'm 70 years old.”

“I would select negative 5 if possible. I ordered Armscor 22 LR Ammunition ARM22LRHP 36 Grain Plated Hollow Point Case of 5000 Rounds. They sent me Armscor 22 LR Ammunition ARM50349 36 Grain Hollow Point Bolt Action Only CASE 5000 Rounds. I have no use for Bolt Action and was very particular about what I ordered. Outdoor Lited would not stand behind their product or man-up and fix their mistake. I had to dispute it with my credit card company, and THEY credited me. I hope they hold Outdoor Limited accountable.”

“Shipping took like a month. Had to post-pone a range day because of it. Also the ammo was insanly dirty and the packaging fell apart. Would not recommend”

“I purchased a case of 2 to 3 arms core ammunition from outdoor limited. When it arrived the shipping container did not look damaged but when I opened it the cardboard box inside holding the individual packs of ammunition was smashed. I should have immediately tried to return the ammunition but instead I open the package to find the ammunition in a jumbled mess inside the box. For weeks I tried to resolve the issue with outdoor limited but they were not willing to work with me. I suggested a partial refund so I could probably package it like it should have been done in the first place or they could’ve sent me A cheap ammo can to put it in. I will make sure no one in my family friends or club will ever purchase ammunition from outdoor limited for any of their subsidiaries. Not worth doing business with!”

“Misleading add i'm into purchase corrosive ammo, which I did not want and when I tried to send it back, you wouldn't take it. Shame on you for not putting corrosive ammunition right on page one I need to let people know immediately Shame on you for carrying corrosive ammo and selling it to people with expensive firearms Paulzac55@gmail.com”

“I paid for Fedx shipping for my order which listed a date for receiving my product then after that date went by I called Outdoorlimited only to find that the order had not yet shipped and would be more than a week late arriving.”

“Bad order processing. Ordered on February 28 and received notice the order shipped on March 6 with an anticipated ship date of March 4??? FedEx tracking number was created with a correct package weight but the package has never moved or been picked up by FedEx. It's now March 20 and after several assurances this package would ship, OutdoorLimited now says I have to wait until April 6 for a refund, even though the tracking shows it was never picked up or scanned by FedEx. Buyer beware - there are inventory and shipping problems at OutdoorLimited and you may or may not get your goods or your money back.”

“They shorted me 3 boxes and then because I hadnt saved the box that ammo was delivered in to take pictures of they refused to make good on it. Stole 25$ from me as the box was intact and still had 2 straps on it.”

“Flagged my order as fraud. OK, would have been nice to get a heads up about that but I can see that being a heavy workload but took the money anyway. Response is to dispute it with my bank. If you think my order is fraudulent why charge my card in the first place if you charge my card and get money, why not ship the order. Will make sure everyone I shoot with also knows how business is done here and avoids.”
