“delivery was left in the rain 1000ft from my house!!! All boxes were broken open and bullets all loose”

“I do not appreciate your no returns and no cancelation policy. The defendor 45acp was advertised at 880 fps and the boxes i received are stamped at 830 Fps. The defender 45acp was not advertised as remanufactured and led me to believe it was new ammunition. It is standard to advertise remanufactured if the product is not original as the other products on the site. I recived a email that claimed i had to refuse the package or pay shipping if opened. I did not know the product was remanufactured or fps was not as advertised until i opened the package. All the information on the site says all orders final and no returns. I am disappointed”

“I purchased 1000 rounds of a government overrun 556X45mm ammo. Well, first the shipment was delivered almost a week late. Then we did a count and the box was 186 rounds short. Finally attempted to contact Outdoors 4 times over the next 2 only to be disconnected. I'LL JUST EAT THIS ONE, BUT NEVER AGAIN!”

“3 weeks and still haven’t received item. They sent me a UPS tracking number after I complained about 1 week in. The tracking number wasn’t active, just printed. Contacted back a week later, no apology - just removed the tracking number and put it back into pending status. Approaching 1 month and still have nothing and nothing has shipped.”

“Outdoor Limited Range Ready Buyer's Club! Free shipping on orders over $99 I somehow got stuck with this $99 "FREE SHIPPING charge and now I am OUT $99. Your checkout HAS click for FREE shipping on orders over $$. I did NOT note that charge and when I called and tried to get my "Free Shipping" $99 back I was basically told TUFF luck NO REFUND. This upsets me to say the least. To the point where I felt ripped off with Outdoor Limited. Not Happy”
