“Ordered and paid. 5 days later finally got shipping. 5 days after that got a cancellation of shipping from UPS. Outdoor limited still never reached out, so finally I reached out to them. They told me the oversold so that's why it got canceled ...and it could be another 14 days to get my refund. It has now been over 3 weeks since I ordered and I still don't have a refund. What a joke. No offer to try to make anything better or anything. What a joke. Why does it take so long to refund me????.”

“sold me ammunition that cannot be used at ranges and now i'm stuck with ammo that I cannot use and Outdoorlimited will not let me return or exchange. Waste of money, buy elsewhere.”

“To say I am upset with the customer service, or lack thereof, that I received would be an understatement. In short, I placed an order on Dec. 13th that was advertised “for a Christmas gift” and it gave me 2 options upon checking out for shipping between the 17th and 18th. I recieved emails confirming item shipped, this being on outdoor limited website, on the 16th with scheduled delivery for the 18th. When my order didnt arrive, I called Outdoor and they explained they messed up and hadnt shipped my order yet but that it would be here by Christmas. Fedex sent me multiple emails delaying my shipment from the 23rd to the 24th to the 25th and it finally arrived on the 26th just in time for it to ruin my Christmas. When I contacted Outdoor for my 4th phone call, I was told management would be contacted and I would hear back from them which I have not yet. If I ran a business, I would have taken care of this the moment O discovered the order was late due to my companys mistake. This was the epitome of faulty customer service and should never happen. What is really disheartening is that a big company like Outdoor Limited will roll their eyes at me and take the loss of a customer. Its too bad as this would have never happend when I was growing up. Back then, businesses cared about the customer and made things right.”

“Never received order, ups said delivered. I called only option was a claim. Never received confirmation of claim. Called week later no answer left message, no call back. Called again no answer left message. Received email stating claim was just open day before. So no claim was open on my first call. Then received another email from ups, stating they rescheduled my delivery to 1/3/2023 between 1030 and 2. Lol so they are going to deliver a package they say I already received. So we will see, this issue is still on going. If you did the proper thing and resent order or credited me on my first call you may have saved a customer. Instead you put the burden on the customer Instead of the shipper, I'm out Christmas gift 2 days before and 340 dollars. The stress involved trying to replace gift not counting the funds to do so. Once this is resolved. You lost a customer”

“My order was delivered to the wrong address. Outdoor refused to credit my account or have the package redelivered to my address. They demanded that I go pick it up at the address (the wrong address) , which I would NOT do”

“Purchased 4 boxes of 410 ammo 3 of the 4 boxes and majority of the 4th have the krimp depressed to much causing the shot shells to budget out the side and some even having the shot beads almostbsticking out the shell itself thebexcessive crimp has changed the diameter to where it wouldn't even chamber the shell nifty tried. I reached out to outdoor unlimited gave me the thanks for the money but you'll have to contact the manufacturer BS. Basically passing the buck to limit the amount of work and effort they do will definitely be taking my money elsewhere.”
