“My order was place Jan 24. It is now Feb 16 and I have not received it yet. I was told the order was picked up by the wrong carrier. How did Outdoorlimited let the wrong carrier pick it up?”

“Your Ammo is labeled wrong. I bought 300 rounds if 7.62 labeled non magnetic brass and they're all steel and I cant use at my local range. I’ll use every website but yours from now on”

“Your website said the ammo I wanted was in stock. I waited over a week and was then told the order had to be cancelled by you because Of supply problems. I also don’t like your tracking App. I don’t want to have to waste time on a Retailer that takes orders when the items aren’t Even in the inventory.”

“Worst purchase ever! Horrible service & support. Worse product care. I would recommend going somewhere else but I highly doubt this review will make it through their review vetting process. The only reason they have good reviews is they cherry pick the good ones, and block ones like this. They're motto should be, 'Profit over People.'”

“I did not receive the order. The rules regarding home delivery were changed and now deliveries must go through via FFL. OL sent me a notification of the new procedure, but it was a few days by the time I got around to calling around to see which shop would accept delivery of my order. After 14 days, OL canceled my order. I requested that the order be reinstated since I did finally find an establishment near me that would accept delivery of my order. I was then told that they couldn't do it since the order was 14 days old. With all the past business I gave them, I thought I would have been more accommodating. I was told I could reorder, but making me go through the process again just didn't sit well with me, and I thought I should have been treated better than that. I will be ordering from another vendor going forward. What a shame.”

“Don’t waste your time or money. When I ordered ammo on the 2nd of January the expected delivery date was the 6th. I got an email with a tracking number saying “your order was shipped” with a new delivery date of January 7th. When I tried using the tracking number it said that the label was printed but the package never arrived at the facility. Needless to say, 10 days later I called to see why they haven’t shipped the package. The person explained that they print the labels ahead of time so they generic email still goes out with false information about the package being sent. Then he explained how they were behind with the holiday. Ironically enough I got another notification about the package shipping out right after my conversation with the company. Two days later the package arrives. I had ordered 500 rounds of 223 and 50 rounds of 9mm. What was in the box? 20 rounds of 7mm. At this point I am running out of patience. I call the company back and send several pics to prove they messed up. They ask me to package up their mistake and send it back. THEN once I send them back their mistake, they send me my ammo that I was expected to receive over three weeks ago. The company kept blaming it on the holiday and really didn’t seem to care at all that they have continuously messed up this order. If you want to support a company that doesn’t know how to send the correct items, lies about expected delivery dates, couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction and makes a lot of excuses, then this is the company for you.”

“I ordered 500 rounds but I only got 250 rounds. I received 5 50 round sleeves. My math says that’s 250 rounds. I have been waiting for the rest of the shipment. Not a happy camper.”
