“Never received my order and says delivered”

“the 7.62 shells were all over the box. all 5 boxes were broken and the bullets were all loose. bad packing and then customer service said nothing can be done! No replacement packages or a discount on bullet cases. Basically too bad for you luck.”

“I loaded my 9mm clip up with these bullets and they are skipping firing. What I mean by that is that I have a 13 round clip but the shots are skipping the bullets are popping out not shot instead of the after shot shell.”

“I’ve placed 2 large orders of 308 over the last month. The first box arrived smashed with rounds loose all over the box, the second showed up half ripped open and 2 boxes of ammo apparently fell out. My wife had received the order and after I removed, reboxed and stored the ammo, she threw the box in the garbage. When I called to suggest a fee for improved shipping (more than a single pad on one side of the box), the operator asked for pictures of the box. “I don’t have it, my wife threw it away”. He simply responded “Well, we need pictures of the box to make a claim”. “I don’t care about getting the ammo that was lost, improve the shipping”… He didn’t care. Unfortunately, I’m no longer going to order from Outdoors Limited, as I’m not going to make a claim every time I get an order, because it smashed and things are missing.”

“I ordered 1000 rounds and then was told that I could not use them at the range (because they are steel). So they are just sitting at the FLL and Outdoor Limited refuses the return claiming safety concerns even though I never had any possession of these items.”

“Bought some ammo with the 20% off winchester rebate offer. BUT ... it's not enough to send in the receipt, I have to cut the barcodes out of al the boxes. That's some slick fine printsmanship. Ticked me off.”

“The items purchased were not delivered, a shipping issue. After contacting them twice about the missing delivery, the shipping company returned the product to Outdoor Limited. Instead of contacting me about the order so we could figure out a solution to the delivery issue, they sold the product. When I contacted them for the third time they told me they were out of stock and it would be refunded to my card in 7-10 days.”

“I purchased two of the "KCI 1911 .45 ACP Magazine KCI-MZ039 8 Rounder Black". In one, I can only load 5 rounds. In the other, I can only load 6 rounds. I notified Outdoorlimited about this problem, and have not been contacted at all. I can only hope the 600 rounds of .45 ACP I purchased works, as I haven't had the chance to test them yet.”

“I ordered 1,000 9mm Ammo. They shipped pretty quickly. The issue is that it never arrived... Apparently FedEx lost the package. So it's really not a fault by Outdoor Limited, however it has been about a month and still no resolution. Customer should not have to "pay" for their 3PL issues. Outdoor should make it right with the customer first either by crediting them or shipping the replacement, then claim to FedEx for the missing package.”

“NO STARS, I DID NOT RECEIVE THE 5 BOXES OF 30-06 AMMO. I FILED A CLAIM AND AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK. I BETTER GET MY AMMO. ALSO ONLY RECEIVED 1 OF THE SPINNER TARGETS.”
