“Long time customer here, I’ve had many good transactions with outdoor limited. However the very first time I used them my ammunition was delivered to the house across the street it was addressed wrong. I figured it was just me typing it wrong and forgot about it now 5 or 6 transactions later my ammunition was delivered to the house next door again addressed wrong, I know it’s not me. I diddnt want all of my neighbors knowing There are firearms in my home but I guess the secret is out now.”

“marked in stock,when out of stock, shipping took to long, buyers club members are supposed to get priority, i thought! that's why we pay $100 for it, oh yeah and the free shipping, 1st time in 2 yrs. though not bad. just don't like waiting 2 weeks!”

“Order was placed on a Sunday. I realized that I had ordered the wrong product and called on the next morning to cancel the order. I was told the order had been shipped and nothing they could do for a cancellation. Found out later that that was a lie and order had not been shipped. I sent an email describing the issue. CS phoned me and said they would have the carrier return the item(s) to them and I would be charged only for shipping, which was fine. BUT, a few days later the order was delivered to me and charged to my CC. And the order was unreturnable (ammo) so it seems that I'm stuck with it. Considering all of this, I will never purchase from this seller again.”

“I ordered and paid for shells. I received notice that they shipped. Then I got an email with a different name and order number telling me the shells were out of stock. I replied with the correct order number and I received an apology for the mix up and I will receive a refund because I was sold shells that were out of stock. It took 2 weeks to receive the refund. I will never purchase anything from you. I will never recommend you to any of my friends and will let everyone know your incompetence knows no bounds. Your organizational skills are atrocious.”

“I was shorted ammo in a box and their poor excuse was the manufacturer packages the ammo and mails it. 1 box was opened and I know that the manufacturer from 2 different makers did not package my box and put the Outdoor Unlimited label on it. They pull it off their shelf without looking to see if the box was tampered with and ship it. If they looked at what they shipped me you would clearly see the box flap torn. They don't care for new customers and this is the first and last time doing business with this store.”

“Careless staff. I was short a box from a brick and had to send two separate explanations and multiple photos. A refund was offered which I will find on my next statement. I've made multiple purchases from other companies without problems. I will not do business with outdoor limited again.”

“I ordered this because it said it would fit a mossberg maverick 88, it don't! They won't return it because it was opened.but not damaged, how else could you know if something is gonna work? Nvr will i use this site again..ive spent over $1000 in last year with them, didnt matter..so im taking my business elsewhere.”

“Bought 2 cans and got one free for my purchase being over $250. One of the latches was damaged and didn't stay locked/closed when I picked it up under the weight of the ammo. I notified customer service and they told me I was pretty much out of luck and there was nothing they could do. Took me by surprise at how they handled it but here we are. I'll be buying my ammo elsewhere from now on.”

“Poorly packed! Charged extra for packing! All but two cases seriously damaged! However, they apologized and then blamed UPS for rough handling! The problem was their packing or lack thereof!”

“Placed order on July 9th. Item was oversold so I didn't receive. No communication to notify me. Waited 10 days then I reached out. Was told I'd receive a refund. After multiple emails and call still have yet to receive the refund.”
