“Made 2 different orders. My card was charged both times but the orders were then canceled for some reason. All my information was correct and matched my credit card info. Prices seem good but I wasn’t able to get my orders. I hope in the future the system can be fixed.”

“I did not get what I ordered. I got 12 ga but with low recoil and less noise. Which do not work at all in a semi automatic shotgun. They do not eject.”

“Stay away from this company. I placed an order for 1,000 rounds of the sterling 9mm and 1,000 rounds of .223. All the reviews on their site were somehow great.. come to find out after a quick google search that there are major issues with the Sterling brand 9mm causing severe damage to Glocks. I tried to stop the order calling within minutes of them opening.. and I was told it was too late to stop the order. I was told I could refuse the delivery and would get a refund minus the $25 for shipping. I informed them that is not acceptable as the order has not gone out yet and could be cancelled and that I would be disputing the charges with my credit card company and the customer service rep basically hung up on me. I asked to speak with a manager and I was refused. Two weeks later the items never shipped out and no refund. I called to find out what was going on and I was told that since I said I was disputing the charges that the order wasn’t going out. I said great, when can I expect my refund. And I was told that I will not be receiving a refund either because I said I was disputing the charges. So they kept my money $845, and never sent the items.. charges were disputed and the money was refunded to my credit card.”

“They use some kind of system that checks for fraud. After ordering AND THEM CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD they canceled the order. I had to have the credit card company reverse the charges as ALTHOUGH they claimed to reimburse me they did not. I DON'T have any issues with anyone else, not a company I would do business with again.”

“Faults advertising! The ad said 800 rounds for $369.00 and then they only send 600. They said if I would have been paying attention better after I added it to the cart it says 600. They were unwilling to make it right.”

“Purchased on 5/31, you printed the label on 6/2 but the products were not shipped until 6/6. I requested a refund because you had not shipped the products and was told no, and to read your terms & conditions. These are my terms & conditions, I'll not be purchasing from you again. You provide a simple service that is provided by many others. Let's hope they are more respectable when they fail.”

“It has a defect I took it to a licensed gun smith and it is not gonna work and I am in the middle of process of returning it none of the packaging is damaged and I have already talked to customer service and they told me to go ahead and send it back...”

“1 Box of the → CCI 9mm Ammunition Speer Lawman CCI53651 124 Grain Total Metal Jacket 50 round box arrived damaged, Several of the Rounds were impacted enough to seat the bullet deeper into the case making them unusable. Quote from customer service "each round would cost 38 cents", I thought I purchased a 50 Round box, I did not know I was purchasing "Loosies" Offered a coupon code for 10$ off your next order of $250.00”

“I purchased 3 boxes of Sterling .410 ammo. The shells will not chamber, they're too big in diameter. Winchester chambers perfectly, in comparison. I notified Outdoor about the problem and they immediately denied any responsibility and referred me to the manufacturer. Just lost a customer, thanks for nothing!”

“I ordered 500 rounds of shotgun shells, they were shipped in a box that was 3 times the size required. This extra extra large box caused all the shell boxes to open during shipping. Needless to say I had to Redbox all 500 shells. They need to work on better packaging before shipping.”

“Package was "lost" by UPS and despite ordering the package protection from Outdoor Limited a month after my claim was filed I was only refunded $119 out of the $401. Don't waste your time with these scum bags. If they were the last ammo vendor on Earth I would just buy a sling shot.”

“Probably shouldn’t have sent this to me, I bought an order and the “shipping security” and then got the package lifted off my porch and was denied. Then i tried to immediately modify this particular order and was told no modifications on a target that was selected in error. I bought ALL my ammunition from you. I have since found another supplier and encourage everyone I once put onto your website to do the same.”
