I never received the order... A week after making my order I was informed the ammo was not in stock... SMH

I ordered from Outdoor Limited because they had a hollow point pistol round at a decent price. I also ordered 5.56 and 9mm fmj as well. They shipped the order with a notice that they did not have the hollow points to sell me. I called ASAP and explained to them that it may not be worth it to fulfill the rest of the order because now I would have to pay shipping charges from two places if they couldn't provide the hollow points. They said it was too late to cancel the whole order, it went out already. They charged my card for the full price including the hollow points they didn't ship. It has been a month since I made the order and I have not received a refund yet. I asked over last weekend and they said it should be processing this week.

This is my first purchase from Outdoor Limited and I’m extremely disappointed in the whole experience. This company was highly recommended by a couple of good friends and one who orders every week or so from you. First the box was left on my porch delivered damaged and bullets were falling out of the box. The free ammo can doesn’t open or close because of shipping damage. I pid for shipping insurance but I guess that doesn’t get me much of anything. I was told after the fact by customer service that I should have refused it. But I wasn’t home for the delivery. Then I was told I should have taken it to a UPS store to refuse it and send it back. I would be refunded the price of the ammo boxes or if you had it instock another two boxes would be shipped but no mention of replacing my free ammo can because I spent over $300.00. I was then given a return tag to send back the two boxes of damaged ammo and the damaged ammo box. Nobody told me I had to save anything just to take specific pictures of the contents and outside of the box. But I told the representative that I didn’t have the smashed box anymore and I would have to wait till I got another box that it would fit in. Then I got a second email and surprisingly with a return tag to return the entire order. Then the whole order would be refunded or replaced if you have the items in stock. So I responded with a very disgruntled email and explained my unhappiness with this situation. Explained that I have used some of the 12 gage shot already and couldn’t return it so what am I supposed to do now with this new issue. If I wanted to drive to a UPS store that is farther away than the local gun/ammo store why would I even have ordered from you anyway with the purchase of a shipping insurance policy. Is that so you can get your money back on the damaged good and I have to do all this work anyway. Whats the point of buying the insurance the pictures clearly show there is an issue with my order. Its been over a week and not a single response from my last email. I guess this company doesn’t need my business or any of my friends I could refer. I have been operating my own service business for 25 years and this is not how I get referrals or treat my customers. I guess in time of hardship/bad economic times you might see who has the money to spend on items like this or maybe the company won’t last that long with this kind of operation/struggle to get a simple replacement of damaged goods. I guess I wasted my time and money with this company and the $99 for a membership I will never use again.

I emailed you guys informing you that I didn't want my bullets to be sent to Harker Heights 1606 Beaver Trail. However I don't believe my email was even read because I got no reply back and my bullets were sent to Haker instead my Glen Rae address in Austin Texas.

Promised free freight two different times and had to pay freight both times. Spent well over what was required to receive it too. Supposed to get free box for bullets the first time too. Never received it.

I ordered and paid for .38 Special rounds. I was sent .308 rifle rounds. I haven't had time to call with my complaint. Hopefully this week I can get this rectified. Delivery was not on time either.

My package was damaged and the delivery service(UPS) discarded it. So I have paid for my order and have not received it. Not pleased. Mark Deschesne

I ordered 9mm and 5.56 ammo that said it was in stock and the 5.56 was a deal. Days later I received an email stating the 5.56 was not available. I think if there was no 5.56 of that type there should have been an out of stock on it.

Never receieved any ammunition and I even selected the two-day shipping, of course I was sent an email for the 45 caliber that wasnt actually in stock and refunded promptly, but my 223 has still yet to arrive.

I am extremely disappointed. I bought ammo and a box and when it shipped my box was all dented, and ammo was scattered in the box. I emailed to try to see if they could do anything right and nothing happened.

Ammunition will not chamber in my 410 gauge firearms. Note with photos was sent to manufacturer, but no response? HELP! Please

2 Boxes of 40 Round Tulla AK-47 Rounds were found broken open & scattered bottom of shipping box. Contacted Customer Service by email & they stated broken open boxes was a cosmetic issue and they weren't doing anything about it. Could not Reach anyone at their phone #'s ???

The rounds I purchased were a good price and in their original container. Shipping was fast and trackable. I've purchased from Outdoor Limited before and will continue to be a customer.
