“I never received the additional ammo can. The order I place was sold in one ammo can but I never received the free one. And the free shipping code does not work so I got charged for shipping!!!!”

“Bought a 1000 rds of wolf 9mm. Didn't on site that they were metal case and of course saw after delivery. No returns on ammo so I am stuck with them which will not shoot from my guns. I saw on the 50 rd boxes they are steel case , but not the 1000 rds”

“I'm very dissatisfied with my purchase. When I placed the order of ammo there was a picture showing bullets with brass shells. What I received was ammo made in Russia with steel casings. That's the first and the last time I purchased on your site.”

“Ordered 500 round box of Remington Thunderbolt .22 lr ammo. Box arrived taped up as though it had burst open. Ammo inside was mixed Remington and Winchester ammo. Customer service blamed it on UPS, Offered me a $10 coupon on any purchase over $200. I will never order from them again.”

“While placing an order I experienced a problem with my computer, resulting in my order being placed twice, at the time there was a special offer for free ammo can if the order was over $300. Contacted the company and they advised me they couldn't honor the offer deal because my order came in as two separate orders. The orders were placed within minutes of each other and it wasn't like a days wait in between. This is why I am giving the rating that I have selected.”

“I’ve never received a refund for the order that I canceled. I’ve spoken with them twice and have now turned it over to my bank. This business is a real joke. After doing research on them and finding all of the complaints with the Better Business bureau I wish I had never started down this road and I would never recommend them to anyone”

“I emailed and canceled my order before it shipped and the response back was we don’t do any refunds after order is placed. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge and they finally canceled my order. Beware ordering from this company. The customer service is horrible.”

“1. I ordered primers and joined buyers club. 2. OL billed my credit card and notified primers were shipped. 3. OL would not provide a tracking# or identify a shipper, despite several specific demands for same. 4. OL stated primers were not on the invoice. (But they sure had a record of my $100 payment.) 5. I disputed the charge and OL terminated communication about the issue. 6. Agent was obtuse and evasive. Do business with these guys at your own peril, and you better hope nothing goes wrong.”

“All the ammo was not packed in the ammo can and thus during shipping all the ammo spilled out into the box. Complete mess. All they had to do was pack it in the ammo can.”
