I normally get good service but, in the last order the shipping container was in good shape and the boxes inside looked like they had been wet at one time. Three of the boxes were in pieces and ammo was loose inside the shipping box. I had ordered 10 boxes and only received 8 with a note stating 2 boxes were returned and I would get a credit. There was no explanation why my order was not complete and all 10 boxes shipped. I checked their website and there were still many of this type of ammo available for purchase. The quality of the shipping was poor and not filling the order was unacceptable. Not sure what happened they used to be good.

My ammo got lost in shipping. They wouldn’t reship or issue a refund until they got the ammo back from the shipper or they got a check from the shipper. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Won’t be ordering from them again ever.

The ammo is good , but I called customer service why my order got delayed for 2 weeks and the lady ask me to write my own tracking number and she refuse to send me all of this information thru email.

My order got put into the wrong truck and the shipping wasnt updated in over 9 days. Had to send several emails to get some answers and even the first few that were responded to provided no details. Accidents happen and I understand that, but when there is no communication it turns into a VERY poor experience. Probably won’t be ordering things here moving forward.

Well this is now the second order I've paid for, received a UPS tracking number and delivery date, where the package has not even shipped yet, and it's now the estimated delivery date I was supposed to receive it. The last time this happened you all emailed me stating there wasn't enough and canceled my order even though I had all of the above information for that order as well. You then "refunded me for the shells, but not the membership fee I was charged as well. I understand things like this happen, but no email or update and making me reach out both times just to find out what's going on after I've been charged already is very displeasing. You can take the money, but can't send a simple customer service email if there is an issue or the product was over sold. Please let me know the status of this one now as well. Supposed to shoot tomorrow and will now have to try to find shells again as my order will not be delivered in time. Oh I also paid each time for shipping as well so it isn't like it's free shipping and it's delayed.

Never received package and still waiting on response for refund so I can replace order. Id like to jus received my package instead of refund. Which I haven't received either yet and its been over 2 weeks.

Five days AFTER receipt of payment their service dept cancelled my order. Never heard of that type of service. Customer service was very good, but couldn't get my order straightened out before the ammo sold out ! Which apparently was the intent.

They wouldn't do a return or exchange for a defective item. Tried to pawn me off to the manufacturer instead. Not happy.

I waited and waited. My credit card had been charged. I had an email saying it had been shipped and a UPS tracking number. I could not get any update from UPS. I couldn’t get a phone call to get an answer from Outdoor Limited. I sent an email last week and got a response. They said my order was canceled and if I hadn’t received a refund. I have not seen a refund yet. Very disappointed! The company had good reviews but they didn’t show them to me. I never was updated about my order being canceled until I finally questioned them. Buyers Beware!

Took to king and doesn’t make sense to purchase with your shipping cost..it adds more money to the round..will ship local for now on

Absolutely disappointed. Boxes of ammo literally torn open and rounds everywhere. Of course Outdoor blamed UPS and took no responsibility and I even got a sarcastic email response to a complaint. Funny thing is they talked about they ship all new boxes but look very closely at how old the boxes look for the 12G I buy a lot of ammo and love to shoot but will never buy from this company again Everyone else beware. Instead of apologies and trying to help they place on blame on others

I cannot write a review because UPS either delivered my order to another home or lost my order altogether because I never did receive my package and Outdoor ended up giving my a refund on my purchase.

I purchased 1000 rounds of 9mm and 223 ammo on 2/21/22 (price was $299.80 and $359.99 respectively). Days later on 2/24/22 I ordered 2 more 1000 round boxes of 223. The price for 223 had jumped to $499.00. Days later you have it listed for $449.00/case. Not happy with overpaying on my purchase and that your prices jumped around so drastically. I would like to get a credit for $100.00 for the two cases I recently bought since I have been a previous customer.

I was contacted after I placed the order that my items were shipped. 2 weeks later I was contacted and told that my items were never in stock. Bad business.
