“I ordered the wrong ammo was unable to return the ammo because the package was opened. The ammo I purchased was not opened but the outer box was because I also bought other items that I wanted to keep. I belong to a gun club in Kentucky and will definitely not recommend anyone to buy from this site.”

“I let you people know the 1000 round box of 5.56 Winchester ammo that I purchased had a problem. I had zero concern from you people. The ammo in the box was not what was labeled on the box. I would think your company would be a little more concerned about the incorrect labeling of ammunition. No thanks to you I had to deal with Winchester myself and the problem possibly will be corrected in 6 - 8 weeks? Your company should have been helping me out with this problem. This leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. I hope you don't treat other customers with a problem that was not of their own making like this. I am upset.”

“zero stars is not allowed. this rating is for the ammo and the outdoor limited customer service. The ammo is not smooth, you can feel that the bullet is not crimped well. I shoot a 1911 and this ammo jams my gun. I have 1000 rounds. OL was no help. The supervisor told the operator to tell me she would not take my call. Although you OL...they are of ZERO help to u. I shoot at range 2x week. I will think long and hard about encouraging my fellow shooters to use outdoor limited and this ammo. I called and emailed.”

“It's silly that this company should ask me to review my order. My order was for 1000rnds of 9mm. After placing my order a 3rd party called to verify my information for fraud. Nothing was discovered to make it out as fraud. They canceled my order. Then proceeded to have very poor communications skills between members of their team and customers. I had a chat closed when asking for a supervisor. Was hung up on. After spending around 5 hours in a chat, 2 phone calls and 7-8 emails I was informed that they had no idea why my order was marked fraudulent. They told me they would remake the order. They were not willing to do anything to make this right because "their people are doing their jobs" If people where doing their job we wouldn't have had this debacle. Best part is After all is said and done they no longer had the ammo in stock. I took my money to sgammo.com and the ammo shipped that day. Overall this company has shit communications skills with customers and staff alike. Your better off spending money else where.”

“Bullets were all spilled out inti shipping box. The sterling bullets were terrible. The first mag shot well the next few mags were terrible. I wont buy any Sterling brand again.”

“I ordered some ammo from you on the 1st of Feburary. It shipped to Englewood, Colo. It was then returned to you without an attempt to deliver it. The ammo was returned to you on the 10th and I was told to allow 4 to 5 working days for my refund. It's the 24th and nothing. I would have thought you could do better. If you think I'll just go away think again. Let's get this resolved!”
