I was sent the wrong ammo. Reached out to the company and they admitted that there was a mistake in their website description. I was told that I could return the ammo but would have to pay for shipping again. It's disgraceful that even when they admitted to false advertisement on their part they still expect the customer to pay the price for their mistake! Never using them again!

never received my order. customer service was horrible while trying to resolve the issue. I'm working with my credit card company and UPS as they are not rude and acually trying to help me resolve this.

About 30-40% failure to fire rate. My other steel rounds have no issue. Never had a problem before.

I have still not received this order yet it was never delivered. I have not heard anything on how this will be resolved. I have a claim in with UPS but haven’t heard from them either.

Thank you for your speedy response to my order. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong prtoduct. I wanted .38 Calibre bullets. You sent me bullets without metal casings attached, which, of course I cannot use. I neither have nor know how to attach bullets to casings. Worst of all I was told that you will not take the, back for replacement, Further a shooting range would ot buy them from me as they don't have a customer for it. So I'm stuck with a loss. I would appreciate your help & cooperation.

On the 19th of January, 2022, I received an email advertisement that stated "Free ammo can with purchases over $300". I clicked on the link and went shopping. I ended up buying a case of 1500 rounds of 9mm ammo for about $499. The order proceeded normally and quite efficiently. I received my ammo in a few days and was quite satisfied with the purchase. The prices at this organization were quite good and they seemed to operate very efficiently. However, I never received a free ammo can. So I emailed customer service to question this. This started many emails of lies and excuses from customer service. At first, they blamed me saying that I needed to add the free ammo can to my invoice. I don't think that is even possible. I feel that they should have automatically added it Then they said that the email ad that I received was on the 18th and my purchase was on the 19th indicating that the offer was no longer valid when I made the purchase. My records show that I receive an order confirmation email from them on the 18th. Another lie. I kept insisting that the order was valid and they owed me a free ammo can. They repeatedly told me that the offer was no longer valid, Maybe so, but it WAS VALID when I made the purchase. I asked on at least for occasion to speak with a boss and supplied my phone number so that one could call me but never received a phone call. This place does NOT answer phone calls. This company has great prices and good basic service, but their customer service sucks! THE BOSSES SHOULD TAKE NOTICE OF THIS!

Order stolen in transit and refuse to honor their package insurance which I purchased. Cannot recommend.

I purchased a case of ammo, and thought that you had a promotion, giving a ammo can, free, with the order. I never got the promo, and wound up buying a ammo can on line

My recent order of .380 ammunition has one of the boxes ripped open and missing 5 cartridges. I provided multiple pictures of the problem as requested by the company only to be told that nothing would be done since I didn't buy their shipping insurance

This was my first time ordering from here. I never received what I ordered and after emailing the company a few times I finally got a refund. There is one customer support and I do not plan to order from here again.

Price per box was 49.99 ! Less than 2weeks later it dropped to 39.99 per box! Emailed a request for price adjustment and was DENIED. Very unhappy and will make sure other friends and customers buy elsewhere.

Misrepresented free shipping, sent a email. The response was fairly quick & that’s when I was told I would NOT get a refund. I will not be ordering from you again.

Very disappointing. I received an email saying it was delivered but it wasn’t. When I asked Outdoor Limited about investigating and sending a replacement, they told me I need to provide video surveillance; file a police report and work directly with UPS. Despite repeated requests to Outdoor Limited to make this right and send a replacement- they refused. I’ll never use them again.

My order came in two different packages two weeks apart and the second package was short items and I am still waiting on a partial refund.
