I wanted 45-70 subsonic but was delivered a substantially too powerful a round for my 1893 Springfield 45-70 trapdoor. I was told I could not return.

I had written to Customer Service before the holidays about returning the item as it is not what it was seeking. Zero response on the return policy .. I wanted the actual baton, not a holder. Please advise.. Gary Cerra

I sent 2 emails stating one of my shipments was 14 380 rounds short. Never received a reply. thats not good customer service.

I was sent the wrong item based on the poor description on the site. Although the ammo boxes were unused and unopened, Outdoor Limited refused a return.

The item ordered required a federal license to purchase. If the order form had informed me of the requirement I never would have placed the order.

In a bag of 100 rounds, 1 was completely mangled, and almost 20 others had an obvious ding (not scratch or abrasion) in the brass case. Outdoor limited did not want to claim any responsibility for this and turned this over to the manufacturer (Precision One Ammunition) as a manufacturer defect. Precision One said it was "normal" wear and tear from a bulk bag order, and did not want to claim any responsibility either.

Thank you for your inquiry. I asked for a simple exchange and was denied. That one exchange would have made you more revenue through me...and you wouldn't have lost revenue through the people I am persuading to go elsewhere. So far you lost six patrons and I bash your company every time I am at the range...so more shall follow. Cheers!...

Ammo arrived damaged and 45 days later, it still hasn't been resolved Outdoor is blaming UPS. I don't think it is worth 240.00 for all the bad reviews I plan on doing!

So I have ordered several items, they shipped 2 days later only to be lost. Now I am to wait 30 to 60 days for an investigation for items I have paid for!

I expected to receive an ammo can twice and did not receive one. I called to discuss the issue but it could not be resolved. Need to make check out more clear whether you will receive the free can or not. Don't let customers think they will receive something when your site is set up not to deliver.

Why don't you read the review that I wrote to you as an email giving my opinion before sending this out to me. Your company's shipping procedures are very dangerous for shipping ammunition that allow live rounds to rattle around in the shipping container.

Whoever they have packaging orders should be fired. My order of 5 boxes of ammo was so loosely packaged that the boxes were able to slide around freely. Well, in doing so a .45 ACP round detonated and shot through the ammo box AND the shipping box somewhere between their warehouse and my front door. Then they responded and tried to blame the manufacturer. Smh Had the employee properly padded the box the 5 boxes of ammo wouldn't have been able to freely move around during shipping.

Ammo is fine, but the prices at Outdoor Limited are ridiculous. It's ok if you need it and can't find it anywhere else, but there are much cheaper places to buy ammo on the internet.

I received an email saying my order was cancelled and refunded. Then they sent me another email saying they made the decision to send me a different product instead and keep my money.. which I haven’t even received yet and it’s been several weeks. I paid $25+ for shipping and feel robbed. Terrible service. Won’t ever shop here again
