Never received the ammos I ordered. Send email twice and didn't get response. Will not use this company for ammos again.

It was supposed to be free shipping when I put in the order I got confused and didn’t not put in the right code. I emailed them right away I told them what happened they told me that they could issue me a credit for the shipping Would not canthe order had to get my credit card company to request a credit. Poor customer service

Never received my order at the time I was told it would be delivered. I attempting to contact Outdoor Limited about it and never received a call back from the Voicemail I left and was then shocked to see my order had been canceled with no explanation. Hope this helps

The fact that your department doesn’t know that I already gave the company numerous tries to correct a simple problem… blaming me for not knowing how to cut & copy a card upon code was quite annoying.. I missed out on the Ammo I originally wanted. The “free gift” I attempted to get. Then ultimately ignored my last attempt to get corrected, kinda says it all.. Loosing my future business seems to be acceptable for outdoor limited. I could have lived with loosing “free gift” & Ammo… But refusing to refund me for shipping was a butthead move that only companies like wells fargo used to do.. #1529416 Is my order number 359.53 I’m 42 years old and utilizing a shipping code/typing is not an issue for me. As stated in my original communication, I tried numerous times. To the extent that I missed the 9mm gift as well as the 357 sig Ammo I originally wanted The least you could do is getting my shipping refunded. I found out that shipping insurance is a waste of money my order did not make to my door like UPS claims and paid a lot of money to have it delivered by them and its not my fault that I didnt get the order and now it Seems that I am the 1 to do the investigation. I m very dissatisfied and I will be sure and let my freindsknow about it.

Purchased ammo and ended up with a membership to your range ready buyers club for $80. Tried to remove the charge for the membership and was told by multiple customer service reps that the “system” does not allow it.

Reman ammo misfires at least 2 out of every 10 round magazine. Never had reman ammo this bad before. Outdoor Limited was no help, wont stand behind their product. Making me contact manufacturer instead of them doing it (they sold it to me, they should take care of the issue). Told me in email that pretty much nothing can be done about it.

Ordered $1900 worth of ammo for Christmas gifts. FedEx shows it as delivered, but nothing ever showed up. I called Outdoor Limited and explained this to them and they threw their hands up and told me to deal with FedEx directly. I called FedEx and they'll be conducting an investigation that will finish in 6-8 business months. Having pointed out to them I purchased package insurance to uhh.. *checks notes* insure against loss, theft, or damage, they corrected me and the only thing that package insurance buys me is them calling FedEx to start an investigation. I called Outdoor Limited one more time to see if they were willing to work with me. I even told them to send me out a replacement and if the original order shows up they can bill me again for it. They have that offer a rock-hard pass. I called my bank and disputed the charge on my credit card. I'm told their investigation would take less than two weeks. Outdoor Limited is too big for their britches. Once they get your money, you're on your own.

When I made that order I was under the impression that I was getting 1000 rounds and not 100. Please make sure the numbers on the website is correct. Since then you guys Rock...!! Thanks... Keep up the good work. ARMY STRONG...

Order was wrong, missing four boxes of ammo. Zero commitment to customers, thus far they given me work, told they’d get to it later and threatened if I don’t give them what they want it’s my fault. Zero responsibility or ownership of their failed qa. Would not recommend.
