“Ordered ammo, my order was processed and was ready to ship. Store cancelled my order with the excuse that inventory was wrong. Then, it took another week to get a refund. This is inexcusable and a bit shady. I won’t be shopping with Outdoor Limited again.”

“UPS lost the package, I put in a claim, Ups approved claim and paid you. You telling me I will need to wait 40 days for your decision on what you are going to do. I paid for this to you when I ordered shell, now you have my payment and UPS payment. Yea that sounds fair.”

“You gave me a free shipping code for my purchase, and then it wasn't accepted. So then your shipping fee was higher than it should have. I paid almost $80. for a $50. box of ammo. Unless you're going to refund the shipping cost, I won't order anything from you again!”

“Item was listed as “in-stock” but they are not controlling their inventory numbers even close to correct. They didn’t bother to notify me of their mistake, I had to notice a strange refund and had to initiate an enquiry to find out that they wouldn’t honor my order. Then I had to ask for free shipping to replace the item that wasn’t coming. It wasn’t offered up front, but they agreed I had already paid once for shipping and should get free shipping on a replacement order. However, the code they gave me for free shipping was only good for a large order and not for the item I needed to replace. The coupon code was useless. Multiple reasons not to use Outdoor Unlimited in this reduced inventory environment. Emails take a long time to get a reply, and then you get no eventual satisfaction. Try them again in a couple of years after this ammo shortage, but not now.”

“Paid 75 bucks for only 50 rounds!! Was under the impression I was getting 150 rounds for that amount. But when the box came Was only 50 rounds! Yah horrible experience it's hard finding ammo but it's worse not getting what you are expecting...”
