“BEWARE!! I ordered in bulk like most do, 1000rds of 9mm and 1000 rounds of 5.56x45 a good 1100$ worth of ammunition. Product was shipped no issues, the issue was when my box was delivered to my house by UPS. Box was dropped off and I picked it up off the porch as soon as delivery driver left. I inspected the contents and was surprised to see only the 9mm ammo in the box. I immediately contacted outdoor limited and they had me file a missing product claim. They stated product was shipped in full. Told me to contact shipper (UPS) so I did, UPS investigated and stated product was delivered in full. Which baffled me because I was missing 500$ with of product with no recourse. Long story short, do NOT order in bulk, hell don’t order period because if something goes missing, Weather it’s outdoors fault or the shippers fault, you’ll be SH!t out of luck BEWARE!!!!”

“I ordered 6 boxes of 9mm ammunition and received 5 boxes. Contacted OL and they would not help me out in any way; told me to contact the carrier. Horrible customer service, I would take your good money elsewhere to people who actually care about their customers in this extremely competitive market.”

“1st purchase 22LR after 3 or 4 weeks got refunded due to ammo getting lost between warehouse and shipper. 2nd purchase 22LR after 3 weeks also refunded, supposedly ran out of ammo that is constantly available. I just can't catch a break with this company.”

“ups delivered my ammo to a different city and outdoor limited won't do anything to help me recover. i have to deal with the fraud dept at ups which is probably a waste of time. i threw away $170 on 9mm.”

“You have lost a customer I’ve purchased about 800 dollars in ammo on line from you. I emailed twice and called 3 times about my last order. Customer service is the number one thing not the lowest price You didn’t respond to my numerous attempts so you do not deserve my business. I wish you the best of luck and hope you decide as a company to treat your customers in the future as a priority not a number behind a computer screen”

“I got my order and the order was correct. BUT I paid for rush processing which was $9.99, according to there website rush processing to them is if your order is placed before 3pm EST your order will ship the same day. I placed my order at 10:25am EST and my order did ship until 8:30am the next day. I asked for a refund for the rush processing fee I paid for since my order didn’t ship like it was suppose to and they told me no they couldn’t refund me my order shipped within 24hrs. I told them your right it shipped within 24hrs but rush processing says it will ship the same day if placed my 3pm nowhere does it state anything about 24hrs. Customer service is horrible at outdoor limited, i filed complaints with the bbb, takes days for anyone to respond back to you, been over a week and I still haven’t gotten a reply on my last email.”

“I was going to let it go, but since you had the audacity to ask for a review I won’t keep quiet. I ordered Aug 11th and received a confirmation email a few hours later. On Aug 16th I received an email with a tracking number saying my order had shipped. After a few days I check the tracking and it says my order hasn’t shipped. On the 24th I email customer service and I get the standard sorry the warehouse has been backed up do to high volume. A few hours later I get the an email saying the item was oversold, and I am getting a refund. In short you held my money for almost 20 days and never delivered. The thing that I strikes me as odd is that it conveniently happened at the time that the importation of Russian Ammo was implemented. I also looked your website and found the product for $200 more than I paid. Interesting. Right now I really regret joining your buyers club as I have lost faith on your company.”

“Original shipment information indicated signature required. Package delivered 2 days late indicated "no signature required" thus large box of ammo left in front of house. Very dangerous.”

“Very unsatisfied with the 410 ammo that I received. The brass casing is too big to fire out of my 410 shotgun and it jams with each load. Would not recommend this company to anyone and for sure don't buy ammo from Italy. The delivery person left my package near my mailbox.”

“Terrible turn around time for your deliveries.4 days to ship and 8 days to deliver. I don’t mind paying for faster deliveries but your company is trying to save pennies on shipping while they lose dollars on lost customers.Poor business mindset, meanwhile I will take my business else where.”
