“I was charged for two cases of shotgun shells I ordered and was told they were shipped. Then I got an email back stating they made error and couldn’t fulfill the order. 19 days later I am still waiting on my refund. Last time I’ll use them.”

“I still waiting for my order # 1443284!.I placed my order on 8-8-2021,a couple days later I received an email saying my order had "shipped". But, when I tracked my order UPS showed that a label had been created but the package had not actually been received,scan or picked up by UPS .At this point I just want a full refund.”

“It’s been 3 weeks since I placed my order and still have not received it. I have called several times only to be met with impatient rude employee on your side who can care less on where my order is or if I ever receive it. I bought this ammunition for an event for several people but it seams we will have to go elsewhere for ammunition. Really poor customer service and no follow up.”

“You're kidding, right? Ordered 8/7/21. Two phone calls. First call I was snubbed. 2nd phone call had to leave a VM. Email was ignored after 2 calls. After 3 weeks 8/27/21 cancelled order.”

“ordered several boxes of ammo on August 11th. it is now August 28th and I have still not received my package even though the website says "shipped". ups tracking still says "not Received" as of this morning. would really like to receive my $148 worth of ammo some time in the near future.”

“I did not receive my order. Your people said my order was fraudulent, I won't receive the order and I won't receive a refund. The unlawful fraudulent sale is on your side of the counter. How you are in business is beyond reason.”

“Took 2 weeks to ship it, despite their “3-4 day estimate.” Be prepared to wait a while for your ammo, and don’t be surprised if the price goes down every day as you wait for them to ship it.”

“I ordered my ammo and was to receive a free can - after a few days I was told that it was shipped- then I received an email saying that they were sold out and I would receive my $$ back. It took 1 week to go back into my account”

“I received 1,000 9mm and 500 45 ACP rounds of ammo. The 45 cal boxes were fallining apart and both the 9MM and 45 primers fail 1 out of every 7 shots. I never had any issue with either of these guns.”

“My order arrived after a over a week. The problem was that the box was not packed well. Two boxes of shotgun ammo, loose in the box. 7 boxes of rifle ammo, loose in the box and the original boxes crushed. 3 inches of space on two sides allowing everything in the box to shift around. For $863 I expected better packaging.”
