It has been over a week since I have received the wrong 12 gauge ammunition. I originally ordered Sterling 12 gauge “Tornado” slugs but instead received Sterling #8 32 grain shot. Since having received the wrong ammunition, I have filled out the “problem Jot form”, sent emails, took and submitted photos of the wrong ammunition plus made multiple phone calls - all of which no real progress towards correcting the mistake has been made to date. Hopefully, my order will be corrected to include receipt of the correct ammunition….from there, I can possibly write a positive review and maybe even continue business considering this is the first time experiencing a problem with Outdoor Limited.

When I ordered my ammo, the website said “free ammo can” before and after my purchase. When I started the transaction it was in the cart. At some point it must have been taken off the transaction, but I didn’t notice, seeing how it was in there when I put my card info in. I then contacted you to see the where about a of the free ammo can, that I was fully expecting. And was just told the deal “must have ended”, even though it still said it on the wed site. This left me with a negative opinion of outdoor unlimited.

Received this shipment and the one prior damaged due to poor packaging Current shipment was sent to the wrong address returned to outdoor and has still not been shipped to me, products are good but delivery is horrible

They canceled my order, thinking it was fraud. My card was not automatically refunded. I had to hound them to get my money back.

Connecticut (where I live) requires ammo permit which I have. OutdoorLimited decided not to sell me ammo even with my state ammo permit. Making up your own rules not supported by the laws gets you a very poor rating.

I ordered 1500 of these and when I received them 800 of them were unusable cartridges. Outdoor limited has absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in my 30 year life. They would not refund or exchange the bad ammo effectively robbing me of $350. I would absolutely not recommend buying anything from this company. Stay away…

My order was purchased 7/27/21 and I was told that it was lost in shipment. Today is 8/17/21 and I'm waiting on a response from outdoor limited. I was told to wait 15 bussiness days to resubmit my issue. I sent the email this morning at 8am and I'm waiting for a response, which has not happened, and it's now 3pm. So possibly I'll hear something tomorrow? Not to good. Update 8/19/21 Outdoorlimited emailed me to say I should wait until Aug. 20 but out of the kindness of their heart they would refer me to UPS. UPS tells me they never got it but they will look and get back to me. And the $1.99 I paid for insurance on the package thru Outdoorlimtd never happened. So watch out!

Disappointed that David never paid attention to my last email to him. So if you look at my buying history with Outdoor I was buying roughly a case a month. Now I am buying from your competitors. Extremely disappointed in the lack of management follow up!

Placed order - items showed in-stock. After order was placed I received e-mails that only then alluded to backorder and eventually informed me order will be filled in in 5 1/2 months.

Give them a 5 for the speed in which they took my money. Give them a 5 for their follow-up. Give them a 1- for getting the order to me (still have not received it). Over all, 1 star.

I have still not received my ammunition. FedEx said they delivered it on the 29th. Still no package. You guys say FedEx is looking for the package. It’s been 2 weeks and still nothing. Pretty sure they lost it because the delivery address was wrong. So still waiting on my ammo or a refund and I haven’t heard anything in 6 days. I had a good experience last time I ordered from outdoor limited but this time has been a disaster

Ammo advertised free shipping. Got an email that order was ready for pickup at the store? They wouldn’t ship? They then stated they would do me a 1 time favor and cancel my order and refund my money, no explanation. Never deal with again

15 sales email's and no shipping confirmations. Send my stuff first, then request a review after the shipment verified and delivery has been completed. Im just saying. Best,WDM
