“Don’t buy. Cases are very rough steel, like they have been setting in someone’s closet for 40 years. They will not feed through Glock mags fully loaded You can only load 3 maybe 4 rounds at a time in your mag.”

“Awful company. Made an order, after hours, and immediately sent them an email to cancel it. They couldn't cancel they said but could email me back fairly quickly to tell me they couldn't. Awful reviews and I see why.”

“Didn’t get my order I paid for the accidental loss. I contact customer service they tell me to get a police report. Not over 20 bucks smh. The only reason I’m doing this is to get this email out my way.terrible policy”

“I purchased some shotgun shells from your company some time ago and what I ordered was number 4 buckshot. When I got to your facility a nice young man brought up my order in a box and I asked him that's number 4 buckshot right and he looked in the Box and said yes sir. I should have looked the order over and that's on me but I I'm so pleased to get the shells that I simply put them in the floorboard and went home. After finding I had the wrong shells I called check on how to swap them from 00 buckshot 2 number Four's. I was told there was a policy with your company not to swap ammunition. This was the first transaction I have your company and I must say I'm quite disappointed. The stock you have is good prices are reasonable and I thought this would be a good relationship. I have referred this matter to my credit card company as a dispute. If your company is interested in swapping this ammunition for me I am certainly willing to come back to your facility to do that. If not and I will let the credit card company handle it. People make mistakes - you folks sent me the wrong shells and I didn't check the order.”

“I searched steel shot gun shells and several types were displayed. I purchased and found out they were lead. The company does not exchange or accept returns. I feel I purchased under false information. Last time I ever do buy from them.”

“During purchase it showed I'd be getting two boxes of 30-06 for $70 something dollars (can't remember the exact number) I ended up getting one box with a completely different receipt. Tried calling but couldn't ever get through.”

“Ordered 2 boxes 38s,4 or 5 boxes of 22 lr, just thrown in box,not protected,all 22s broke open ,smashed,was asked what they could do to make it right,I said replace one box of 22s, no reply!won't order there again!!”

“I bought the 9mm 500 reman thinking I would be able to shoot the batch without having to clear any more than 30 to 40 malfunctions, but I was wrong. Every 2 or 3 rounds I would get a failure to feed or a double feed from a brand new G19 and then my 92. If I could get my money back I would in a heartbeat as I honestly thought the ammunition would run decently well but I was way wrong.”
