“I never received the order. Waited like 11 days and never received the order so I sent an email. Was told to check back after 15 days. Emailed again after 13 days to just clarify what I was told. Then I was told that my order was shipped but lost in transit and they refunded my money. Sounds like the order was never shipped but if some day I the order just magically shows up at my door from being lost. I will change my opinion and review to 5 stars.”

“Bad stuff. Fist eight cartridges out of the box were DUDS!!! I will return all the remaining ammo as NO GOOD! I want a full refund of the purchase price I paid on my credit card.”

“Outdoor Limited's price for the .22 lr ammo I purchased was very expensive compared to other sources online. Also their shipping charges are incredibly high again compared to other sources online. Since I had children needing .22lr ammo I had hoped Outdoor Limited would save the day for me. I was WRONG. The only thing they did is pad their own pockets with their inflated prices for .22lr ammo. . I will NOT be taken advantage of Outdoor Limited again.”

“I did not receive the ammo purchased. They substituted regular defender for PDX1 defender. Yes THEY ARE DIFFERENT in the bullet crimps. PDX1 HAS 8 STAR CRIMP . Regular Defender 6. There ballistic characteristics are also different. The FBI only received PDX1. I was disappointed but I kept it as the ammo provider figured since 9mm ammo is hard to come by. Typical bait and switch and are now the 3rd vendor I have ordered PDX1 ammo that has delivered the basic Defender. Do not buy the fact they are the same. Do your own research, don't take my word for it. This seems as a industry wide scam hoping that most new gun owners would not know the difference. Buyer beware from these sites. Though I have contacted the 3 vendors about there errors, i have yet to receive any explanation. They ammo is in short supply and taking advantage. Just a final FYI. These vendors websites ALWAYS showed the box to be purchased with The PDX1 labeling. I'm probably wasting my time writing this, because of the lack of action or even acknowledgements, that they purposely shipped the wrong product. - - - Tom”

“First time buyer here and last. Unable to fill an order right with the correct ammo. Caliber, grain, amount of ammo order completely wrong. How 400 rounds of 22 TCM ca be confused with 4000 rounds of 22 short is beyond me. Also, half the boxes were open. Ammunition all over the place. Missed my class due to no ammo. Thank you. I’ll eat that $300 as well. The idea of we messed up, but send us the wrong ammo back, once received we will send you the right is just crazy especially when you’re counting on it for a class. 😟”
