“I paid extra to expedite the order and it took more than 15 days to receive my order.”

“I placed an order for this box of ammo that I wanted. It said it was in stock when I placed the order. Shortly after I received a tracking number for the shipment. Weeks later there was no update to the tracking information. I contacted support and was told this ammo is out of stock. They refunded me. I wanted different ammo but all they could do was refund. Poor experience and waste of time”

“Their computer didn’t populate the right number of product so I called customer service immediately afterward to add the product that didn’t calculate. Customer service was very unhelpful. Also unresponsive to follow up email.”

“Was not shipped correctly! Ammo was in single box edge to edge, no packing or insulation was used! Half of the boxes where damaged some of the ammo damaged. Had to tape boxes.”

“When I joined Buyer's Club it all went downhill. Order lost by shipper (actually never fulfilled or shipped by O.L.). I can tell when David answered emails, very lackadaisical not concerned, but Sarah showed a little more understanding. Finally refunded. O.L. lost my loyalty as a returning customer, never again.”

“Placed an order. 5 min later had buyers remorse at the price when shipping and tax were added. Sent an email and tried to call within the hour and reached no one. Tried again the following morning though noon. Finally got a note early afternoon that the order already shipped. Poor customer service.”
