They gave me steel instead of brass. Very annoying. It said brass until delivered then said steel

First 2 out of 10 did not fire. Reselling because I don’t have trust in the ammo. Back to wolf performance I go.

order status says shipping more than a week ago, yet didn't get a tracking number or the package. terrible retailer.

Have sent numerous messages over the damaged boxes of ammo which one was missing ammo n other was replaced. Never got my 12 gauge ammo I messaged over as well but yet to hear from anyone and not to say the 2 n half boxes of 7.62x39 ammo Ive had miss fire which I kept all to show to. Even bought the insurance which doesn't mean nothing apparently worst customer service I've ever had ill never order nothing else plus will be letting everyone else online know of the experience I've had cause its very very bad.

Spent several days conversing with the sales rep about how to have my order be held for pickup at a UPS location. No problem for most companies, but was told I would have to contact Outdoor Limited after the package was shipped and they would contact UPS have have the item held for pickup. Said ok I will do that and I placed the order, when it shipped I contacted them twice(no response to the first attempt) and was told the package would be held for pickup. Well today, the package was delivered to my house. Nobody is home, I hope it will still be there after the weekend when I get home. Why is this so hard for you to do? I should be able to go into MyUPS and simply change the delivery, but no, you have to dissallow me from having that option. That’s ok. I learned my lesson. I won’t be doing business with Outdoor Limited ever again. There are too many other options online.

When I ordered - on my iPhone - I entered in 44-40 cowboy ammunition, and it popped up showing it was available. I promptly ordered (3) boxes, and then it came in as (3) boxes of 41 Magnum cowboy shells, which are worthless to me. It is frustrating that your site popped up the 44-40, but yet it ordered 41 mag from that. Is there ANY way of sending these unopened boxes back and get 44-40 cowboy ammo I had expected?

Item was never shipped and then it was blamed on FedEx for losing the package when the tracking shows that FedEx never even picked up the package. Also, I was never informed that they did not ship it.

total waste of money. the 270 load was "win" 270. never opened it because we realized it wouldn't fit the Browning bar 270, even though the ammo was Browning brand. so 100% waste of $119. i'm not buying anything there again.

When we opened the box during the ammo transfer we were both surprised to see how poorly packaged this was. It took forever to sort and count to verify the ammo was there and the ammo itself looked old and dirty. I wanted to keep using your company to purchase ammo but if this is the standard of packaging I will have to look elsewhere. Even the boxes themselves were barely held together like they were old and weathered. I hope this was a one off.

I made an error ordering. I messaged them within 5 minutes. I was sent an email saying too bad and they already sent the order...the next day. Not very good service if you ask me.

Over priced, thought they were 500 round boxes but were only 250 rounds. I should have looked at the picture better.
