Yes, I bought some ammunition, BUT I am disgusted with the ammunition industry who continue their incompetent business practices incapable of making ammunition to meet demand. I thought by now that USA business would have done everything in order to increase "obvious" business/profit potential. Lastly, guns are being sold, but not the ammunition to support. I could only wish that I was a business competitor of these lackluster performers.

Waited Over 10 days for order to ship...finally called and was told it would be longer...I told them if it didn't ship soon I would call my bank and cancel the transaction...Outdoor Limited canceled my order and NEVER told me...DONT BUY HERE...OTHER SITES SHIP FAST AND WHEN PROMICED!!

I was supposed to get free shipping, I relayed that information before the ordered was shipped that there was a problem and free shipping was not applied, and was still charged for shipping!

My first two orders from this website have been great, however this time when I ordered 500 rounds I was only sent a random 19 rounds spilled out into an open box. On top of that, I've contacted this site's support and have no info yet as to when my bullets will be shipped out or if they will even arrive at all. Highly disappointed with this transaction. Again, I received 16 .556 bullets and 3 9mm bullets all spilled into an open cardboard box. Will anyone even contact me to resolve this issue?!

Ordered 2 magazines for glock 43x and received 2 magazines for glock 43 and could not return them.

I ordered 10 boxes of 223 ammo. Due to the poor packaging three boxes broke open so the box they shipped in had 60 rounds loose 223 ammo in the bottom. Not happy.

I would give zero stars if I could. They were not actually in stock. Outdoor limited sold them to me anyway, and gave me BS excuses about having the wrong pallet of ammo. You should do inventory before you take peoples money, guys. Well, it took a month to get my money back, and now AK ammo is skyrocketing in price. So thanks for being so terrible.

Tried to stop order and got an argument. Not shipped where I could pickup. Spent 301.00 did not receive free ammo box as advertised. Poor customer service

Outdoor Limited never actually shipped my order according to UPS. O.L. said they show it shipped, so they take responsibility for the screw-up. Now I'm out the $141.00 I paid them and their customer service refuses to help. They just said "sorry!" Do NOT do business with these people! They are morally corrupt! I never received what I paid for and they kept my money. They told me they checked with the carrier and it shipped, which is a lie!

Sold me ammo that they didn't have stock of...then took several days to notify me, cancel my order, and a few more days to refund the charge to my credit card. Apparently from the reviews posted by others they do this quite frequently.

I ordered ammo on August 5th and it is now August 22nd and my ammo still hasn’t been shipped. I Had riffle training on August 21st And couldn’t attend because I didn’t have any ammo 😔😔

Ordered a case of Maxxtech 9mm. 20 boxes, right? When I finally got it, after 2 day delay, found that the box had been tampered with and boxes of ammo were missing. Needless to say, I have yet to hear back from this company regarding my issue. Maybe about 13 days now. I have reached out a few times and upon first contact they were very attentive to my issue. As we all know, however, when it comes time for something to get resolved on any issue one may have with their order, companies almost never come through. I'm stuck with half a case that I paid exceedingly too much for. Whole case was a good deal, half a case at same price, that's just robbery. Be cautious, as with any company, don't expect a resolution. Biting the bullet on this one for me! No pun intended.

They cancel my order because i get mad and i was using inappropriate language went i call to see what's going on thanks anyway, the only thing they did fast was cancel my order hahaha but i was happy because I realized they can do something fast

I picked up the package from UPS office slightly damaged but seemed acceptable to me. Inside the package the ammo was completely messed. When I figured out what I actually received it happened to be not a complete order. It was about 50%. Well, things happen and I reading previously positive reviews of Outdoorlimited customer service I expected them helping me to resolve the issue especially because I paid for shipping insurance through them. The customer care was professional and polite and after taking few days to review my complain they professionally and politely informed me that it was shipping issue and told me to deal with UPS. I do not know what happened and where, it could be UPS, but could be not UPS. Two things I know for sure - the ammo was not packaged well because there was just not enough packaging material in the box and that Outdoorlimited washed their hands. I went to UPS complaint sight and one of the first things they have there is that they recommend the sender filing a complaint. And that makes sense to me. I ended up filing a compliant with my credit card company and now waiting for the resolution. In the worst case I will loose close to $300.00 and few hours of my time. It seems that my experience contradicts most of the reviews and I am not sure what to think about it. I guess bad luck? Or fake reviews? Anybodies guess. I will update this review if Outdoorlimited customer care will come through as they should in such a case.
