I contacted customer service to cancel my order that did not ship yet. I found out that Russian made ammo can cause damage to my weapons. I wanted to switch to a different brand. The customer service agent said I couldn't cancel my order and I could not return poor quality ammo. I will never buy anything from Outdoor Limited.

I didn't want the membership but was charged for it. I had looked at it when I was ordering but didn't want to pursue it. When I called about it they refused to even consider taking it off.

No customer service. Ordered ammo for my brother but found out he sold his rifle. Called for 3 days to cancel order but told no cancellations as stated on website even though order status was processing. Meaning it was just sitting in queue on someone’s computer. When ammo was shipped no tracking data was sent so I would know when to expect it. They lost this customer for any repeat business.

Shipping was false described and took forever very disappointed especially having to pay 15$ for shipping.

I was on the website ordering ammo. I clicked that I wanted to purchase some 9mm 124 grain ammo I clicked 4 for the quantity then clicked add to Cart. I didn’t realize that it automatically defaults back to 1 box of ammo so I placed the order before I realized it was only 1 box. I immediately went back and ordered the correct amount of 4 boxes and clicked add to cart, this time I checked and saw that the website only put 1 box in my cart and I changed it manually again to 4 boxes, and completed my second order. I then wrote two email to the company all this as within 10 minutes of the incorrect order. I also tried calling the company but it was after hours. Then next morning they responded and said sorry once the order is submitted they won’t change anything. I feel that with the site changing the amount of orders to only 1 in the cart that this is the companies way to gouge with the high shipping costs for 1 box. It’s not right and even though they have better prices on ammo, I will pay more elsewhere. Where I am treated better Dwane Cochenour 3 order past customer

Paid for 2 day shipping got it 4 days later miss my shooting match. Asked for a refund with not response from outdoor limited.

Ordered and paid in full with my card. During checkout I got one digit wrong on my phone number. The payment went through. I received an email the next day about my phone numer not matching and asking for the correct number. I responded with the correct number promptly. After two days I noticed that my order had not been prepared for shipment yet after logging in to my account. I contacted customer service via chat and they had canceled my order even though the money had been taken out of my bank account. I also noticed they raised the price significantly for the 7.62x39 crate. This was a couple days after the announcement of the russian ammo sanctions. What a coincidence.. The wonderful customer service person said I could just checkout again. Why would I pay over a $100 dollars more for the same thing I already paid for a couple days prior. I ended up buying the exact same crate (2 of them) from sg ammo. $610 vs $750 for the same crate. I will never buy anything from here ever. Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars at this place. Price gouge all you want. I will not partake.

Within 10 minutes of the Russian Sanctions being announced, I ordered a quantity of Makarov ammo.the vendor emailed me a few days later asking for my State ID which I provided within an hour. The vendor then confirmed shipping and sent me a tracking number. 3 to 4 days went by and the tracking number still didnt work...just said "label created". About a week later, the Vendor emailed me saying they were cancelling my order and providing a full refund....because they had an " inventory issue." My opinion is that they didn't like the fact that I made the purchase before the new sanctions on Russian ammo were known, and realized that if they cancelled my order, they could sell my lot for 2x to 3x what they had agreed to sell it to me for. They had a shipping label created....why would they cancel my order outside of my theory above? This vendor has now been added to my banned list....

I was sent damaged and taped up boxes of ammo. One box was missing 2 rounds. Customer service lied and said they did not send taped up boxes. Will not order again from you as it stands now

Every 4 rounds gets jammed in my gun and it looks to be because the round is swollen. Very unhappy with this ammunition.

The 250 rounds were all out of the boxes and I put them back. The shipper put them over something hot and tossed them around.
