“Worst service I have ever received!!! Ordered 4 boxes of 500 .22lr rounds. Opened the box and all 4 boxes were ripped, shredded, and open. Rounds were scattered all throughout the box. 80 percent of the small boxes within the 4 big boxes were bent, open, loose, or bulging. I contacted Outdoor Limited and asked to return for either an exchange or else a refund. They refused to do anything. Blamed the destruction on the shipping company. They said that since the “boxes” don’t have any value they wouldn’t credit me for anything related to that. Yet, they weren’t willing to take back all the worthless “boxes” because they couldn’t assure that the destruction wouldn’t happen again if they sent out new ammo! Is this how a respectable business operates? No, absolutely not and that’s why this business is not. I’ve ordered thousands of rounds of ammo from different businesses and have never had anything like this happen. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy your ammo from these guys. See pictures.”

“Purchased ammo, never received the ammo. The company set a claim to UPS, UPS approved the claim, company won't send a replacement or a refund. Dragged me along for over a month.”

“If I could have done -♾ out of 5 I would. I typed in .308 win 168 grain and they sent us 7.62x51 which most people try to say is the same thing, but I quickly found out that’s not true. The manufacturer who made the bullets after hearing our story actually sent us 20 free rounds. But this company that made the mistake is offering us a free shipping coupon. They refuse any customer service and are the worst company I have ever dealt with. First they said if it was unsealed in the original box they can take it back then after we said yes they changed it to their local pd told them they can’t take returns. I started out a customer and ended up a victim.”

“Total junk. Ordered a bunch of sterling tornado slugs. Apparently there are 2 different kinds and what I ordered on the internet did not arrive as pictured. I had ordered competition series tornado palla slugs. Pictures on website have lots of small fluted rifling and a green wad,but what arrived were slugs with 4 fins on slug itself and a gray wad. They are not centered in the casing and are the worst thing I have ever shot. Out of a proven to be accurate dedicated slug gun these slugs did not have any pattern to them. Most would not hit a 2ftx2ft target at 20 yards. They seem to tumble and fly sideways. Very erratic flight pattern. Outdoor limited itself was fast with delivery just wish the product was advertised correctly and a lot better quality.”

“Terrible Service, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. They Accepted an order then "THey" Threaten to cancel it and back-charge me 20%. It is amazing the company (Outdoor Limited) has managed to stay in business.”

“They never shipped my item and refused to issue a refund. They lied saying they shipped it UPS on a Saturday. UPS doesn’t work SATS. They told me to dispute the matter with my bank credit card, I did! They have not responded to my bank either. I notified the Better Business Bureau and found them to have forty complaints similar to mine. I’ll not do business with them. They are bad! Their reply from an email! Hello, We have requested this package be returned to us. You will need to file a dispute with your bank for you to be refunded. You will be blocked from being able to place a future order from our website. You can direct all your questions about the dispute to your bank. We do not need to communicate further. Have a great day. -Outdoor Limited ”

“There was a problem with ammo, but Outdoor limited doesn’t allow me to return it for a refund. I will let my friends and family know and we will all stop shopping at outdoor limited. It makes sense to refund me $70 to avoid losing thousands in business. But outdoor limited doesn’t seem to see it that way.”
