I ordered 9mm ammo and was sent 357 magnum ammo. I cannot get ahold of the company to get my correct ammo. They don’t have anyone to answer phone calls and wont respond to emails. Very unprofessional and i wont ever shop here again

Outdoor limited required my FOID card to ship me once fired brass. I sent them several emails that this wasn't nessasary but got no response, they should make it their business to know the laws better.

The order was placed on 1/4, the expected delivery/arrival date was 1/12, it is now 1/24 and the UPS tracker says it has not be shipped. I've sent an inquiry email to Outdoor Limited and have not received a response. I'm not sure what is going on. Hopefully this review will get someone's attention.

Not the same ammo pictured! What arrived was old S&B ammo that was corrosive and they don’t accept returns. Buyer beware!!

My package never came. Fedex said package was not delivered. And for some reason it said my package was delivered at 10:34am. I always get a confirmation from outdoorlimited saying its delivered and this time i never got a notification. Now no one has contacted me about my order.

These are the most inaccurate slugs I've ever used. I tried to group them in two different RIA VRPA40s, two different SuperNOVAs, and two different 590A1s...all with iron sights......results were all the same, my groups were anywhere from about 12-24" at 25 yards, with no rime or reason....I have no confidence in these past maybe 15 yards. I cut one open and it's got a 375 grain Foster slug that has four "rifle" grooves every 90 degrees. Not sure what the issue is with these but same range sessions with same shotguns using Winchester Ranger low recoil and reloaded Lee Key Drive Key 1 oz slugs at the same distances returned groups of 1" to 3"..so it's not the shotguns and it's not me. Continuing to research.

It is very disappointing for me to leave this 1 Star review. I don't normally leave bad reviews for anyone. However, in this case, it seems the right thing to do. My reason is, an order I had made for my M1 Carbine rifle. Admittedly, I ordered the incorrect ammo for this rifle. When I contacted Outdoorlimited.com and asked if they could help me with this issue, their response was, I would have to pay for shipping both ways and a 20% restocking fee. Paying for shipping both ways I consider a fair cost since it was my mistake. However, a 20% restocking fee, I find completely ridiculous. I have spent a little over $1,000.00 so far with Outdoorlimited.com and would have spent many thousands more over the next couple of years or so. It would seem that their bottom line is much more important than helping a regular customer with an honest mistake. I wish Outdoorlimited.com the best of luck in their future business ventures. However, I will not be a part of it. In fact, I will now do my best to buy all my ammo through local suppliers. It will cost more, but I will have the knowledge that I'll be helping a local business to succeed. There is something special about being able to look a person in the face when you're doing business with them. Unfortunately, in this day and age, with all the online purchasing going on, personal interaction is no longer a part of the equation. How sad... Sincerely, Robert Dobbs

The product I received was not the product described The Description read "45 Colt Ammunition 255 Grain Full Metal Jacket" The product that arrived was not a jacketed projectile, it was a plated bullet Firmly believing that this was a description provided by the supplier and not an error on Outdoor Limited's part . . . I brought it to Outdoor Limited customer service's attention. Via E-mail, I was sent to a website to go through and file. . . www.outdoorlimited. com/problem-with-you-order I supplied all the requested information and received a response from Jason Watson that pointed me to the Manufacturer's website . . . www.precisiononeammunition.com/product/45-long-colt-255gr-fmj/ As I suspected Outdoor Limited used the Manufacturer's description on their for sale page. Then I got a follow up from Jason, It was the forward of an E-mail from the manufacturer. Here they provided a slightly different description than what was on the websire, saying these were "heavy plated Full metal jacketed rounds" We all know that there are jacketed bullets and there are plated bullets and they are not the same thing. The Manufacturers reply appears to be an attempt to soften the fact that the description is not what they were shipping. I would never have paid this kind of money for PLATTED ammunition I told Jason that if this were a lightweight Item, I would have returned it for a FULL refund. I asked if the Manufacturer would offer some form of rebate bringing the price more in line with plated bullets I have not heard back from Jason or anyone at Outdoor Limited since my last E-mail three days ago This certainly marks the first and only time I will purchase a product from Precision One. Instead of coming clean and admitting the improper description, they tried to twist the words to indicate they told the truth about the product As to if I will do business again, well that is dependant on how the folks at Outdoor Limited conclude this fiasco It does not appear that either company is exhibiting at next week's SHOT show or I would be taking this up with them in person.

We have bought a good amount of product from this company since we found them. We ordered one box of ammunition for my brother in law and had it sent to his address in a gated community delivered the day after Christmas. We even paid for insurance. The fedex report said it was delivered but my sister checked her porch and never received the package. I don’t know if the fedex driver just didn’t drop it off or if it was stolen immediately from their porch. Fedex says we have to have outdoor limited send a report for stolen or misplaced package. Outdoor limited is telling us we need to do it and that we needed to verify with camera footage. My relatives do not have a porch camera. So here we are: out all the money for the product, no product delivered to my relatives, and no further response from outdoor limited. Before this, we were very happy with all of our purchases and never needed to use customer service. But now when we need it, we are not hearing back. We will have to switch to another company which is unfortunate as we have never had a problem before this. They do have good product and good prices, but after paying for insurance and not hearing back when we need help, we will be ordering somewhere else.

I won’t buy from these people no more ,they screwed me out of my 10 bucks because I forgot to clic on it at checkout,when I contacted them they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I know it was just 10 bucks and that ain’t going to put me in poor house, but they could have done something to make it right after all the money I have spent with them.

They sent me the incorrect quantity AND caliber for my order of over $500. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. But they would not send the correct item until they received my return, which I promptly shipped back to them. But here I am now, a month after making my order, without the ammo I ordered, they still have my money, and the item they were supposed to ship in the first place appears to be out of stock. I will update this review if something changes but as of now, never again with this company.

First off I really like Outdoor Limited, but they sent me a review request for my last purchase. The purchase was never completed because their inventory count allowed them to oversell a product, so they canceled my order. This was the first time this has happened to me. I will keep purchasing from them as long as the prices stay stabilized or continue to drop. Shouldn't have asked me to review a product you canceled the order on.
