“Free shipping over 200 was advertised. I was charged for shipping, and when I inquired I was told free shipping had ended and IT was supposed to remove the offer. In my opinion if it’s advertised it should be honored but who am I.”

“My last 3 orders were delivered to an address I have not lived at for 2 years. My order, billing and shipping address were clear on my purchase invoice. Im out nearly $1000 in ammunition”

“Order was lost/stolen from Fed-ex. Made me wait almost a month to tell me Fed-es agrees and is refunding their charges to Outdoorlimited. Then outdoorlimited will refund my order so I can have the privledge of reordering from them. Refused to deal with the fed-ex claim as Thier problem since the order was never delivered and get the order delivered to the customer. Done dealing with them”

“I didn’t plan to upload a review, but since you sent me an email… I purchased 1,000 .556 rounds and 2 thirty round mags. Both mags only hold 20 rounds, not 30. I contacted customer support. The guy was super nice, however, the only way they would refund the mags or replace them was if I paid for shipping and sent them back. You would think that after I spent almost $600 that you would be accommodating, but no. This was the first and last time that I will buy from this company.”

“I've bought from you over a dozen times. Alwayd great. I cxld this order and was told, I wasn't being charged when I called. The guy said that my order of .300 blackout ammo was canceled and I'd not get anything in the mail. I'm in a dispute now w my card company over ammo that I don't have or even need. I was gonna buy a .300 blkout but decided against it. Still, yall owe me almost $400!”

“I ordered from a different company other things not ammo and it came from China and ordered it 2 days after I ordered from this company and recieved the things from China faster and it was free shipping and less as expensive as from this company and talked to representatives about the ordered being late and they don’t care will never order from this company again”

“Shipment was very slow. Customer service did not provide an accurate explanation. Majority of the Boxes of ammo were broken and spilling inside the box. Outside of price I would never use outdoor limited or suggest to anyone elese.”
