A shipping label was created but tracking never showed that FedEx received it. They said it had left their warehouse and they would request a trace which would force FedEx to look for it. I emailed them and asked for a replacement since I had already paid, it was now two weeks late, and obviously very lost. They said their policy was to wait for a month before they would issue a refund or replacement. I told them that waiting for another two weeks was completely unacceptable. That's when they started to ignore my emails. Lo and behold, three days before the deadline, FedEx magically received the package. They didn't have what I ordered in stock or didn't have the ability to fill the order on time and instead of contacting me and taking a chance on losing the order, they created a shipping label, took my money hostage and blamed FedEx knowing full well they would get the order out just in a nick of time. I see this exact scenario showing up in their reviews quite a bit!

Worst ammo ever. I got 175 good shells out of 1000. Waste of money will never order from here again.

Arrived late because shipped with UPS. I specifically picked FedEx at checkout as the shipping option. I used to buy from outdoorlimited all the time and really disappointed with them this time.

Packages take too long to get delivered that’s on the ups side. last packages were delivered to a different address i had to go get them my self. I call customer service they said there was nothing they could do on they’re end. you can judge from that as far as they’re prizes they seem to be decent. Thanks

Very poor, never had issues with ammo extraction, and this has had at last every 5th. Probably machined poorly.

Shot these threw my river Lcp max they hit 12 inches low at 11 yrds . Gun shoots dead on with other ammo

Dear Outdoor Limited, I placed an order last Sep 22 (Order ID is #1688458) of 20 boxes of 9mm ammo. Started using it recently in my CANIK TP9SFX and the bullets kept getting stuck when ejecting. My friend/mentor has a bullet case gauge to measure the bullets and out of the 12 boxes I purchased, over 150 bullets were defective and did not pass the gauge test (see attached pic). I'm in a shooting group and we exchange guns most of the time, and they all tried these bullets and they kept getting stuck. Let me know what you want me to do with these defective bullets? Please do not sell these encased bullets since they cause problems when firing/ejecting. Thank you. - Bill Sweger, 618-444-2454 Cell

bullets came out of the boxes and wear laying all over the bottom of the box plus they look old and weathered. I should have took pictures oh well now i have a ziplock bag with 500 22 shells that I am worried about using because they look so old I will save them for the Zombie Apocalypse I guess

Bad experience. They sell cheap ammo because it's old and liquidated! Why else does only 30% of my ammo shoot??

Package came 3 weeks late and with zero warning or delivery date/notification. Just randomly showed up while i was at work almost a month late!! Very aggrevating..

Wasn't packed correctly at all! Boxes of 22 ammo nice and wrapped. Boxes of 45 had no wrapping or even tape. Boxes ripped opened inside the carton. Bullets were dribbling out the corner of the package when it arrive. Had the boxes of 45 ammo been shrinked wrap like the 22 ammo there would have been no problem.

After placing the order I received a shipment notification and then the delivery date came and went. When I checked on the tracking number, ups said they never received the package from the sender. When I contacted outdoor limited, they said they would have to wait a month to refund me because it might just magically show up. Surprise, it hasn’t.
