“This ammunition is possibly the worst I have ever used. I assumed that I would have some malfunctions because it was factory seconds but this has an almost 50% failure to fire rate. Shooting it out if a striker fired pistol it has more failures to fire than not. With hammer fired pistols it still had a severe rate of failure to fire. The only firearms that Inhave found shoot it consistently is PCC’s. I would not recommend this product to anyone.”

“My package was stolen after ups dropped off, got home and only had video of a homeless taking it. Never got to enjoy. Outdoor and ups both don’t do nothing for stolen packages but sorry for you.”

“The advertisement on the website posted a rebate of ($14.50) per box. Found out this was not true the following day! I called the following day about trying to get the "rebate" form. It was only good for up to $50.00 from Winchester. It was sent to me as an attachment by an employee. Some guy who I spoke to about the ($14.50 per box rebate) gave me a runaround on the english language and that it was not a $14.50 rebate. But, yet there "website" stated that it was!!!! Have in the past purchased quite a few item from this company. They just lost my bisness.”

“Poorly remanufactured 9mm ammunition. Cases were not resized or trimmed properly resulting in constant jamming. You should stop selling them immediately. Potentially dangerous”

“This ammo is very dirty and causes malfunctions several malfunctions. I was running a Beretta Apx A1 full size with this ammunition. I stopped and ran 100rds of Fiocchi ammunition without any malfunctions. I wanted to make sure it wasn't the pistol. I won't buy again.”

“For 5 days the status on my order said shipped. Then I received an email saying that they had oversold their inventory and could not fill my order. They didn't even offer me a rain check on the sale price for when they receive more inventory. Very poor customer service!”

“Ammunition damaged during shipment due to ammunition packed out to outer corners of the box, where impact predictably occurs during shipment. Extra fee paid for shipping damage appears to be a waste. Customer service said to contact shipper; shipper indicated they must see the damage but never called to schedule the inspection. Great price, poor packaging and follow through. I'll likely buy elsewherefrom now on.”

“My ammo order was negligently packed in a lightweight box that blew apart. The contents were unsecured inside and broke apart. Loose bullets were found. I was unsure if damage had ocurred as i am no expert. Your customer service was not helpful and my only recourse was to ship it back at my expense. This is un-acceptable and i will not be doing business with you again.”

“I visited the showroom on July 6th. My law enforcement friend needed 1000 rounds of ammo for a class. The man behind the counter told him "if you order online it takes 45 minutes to 2 hours to get your order pulled." I than put an online order in on Saturday morning for curbside pick up. I got an email saying my order had shipped so I drove to the showroom for my curb side pick up. The young man behind the counter, with his pants sagging and his hoodie on told me " my order had not been filled, there was nothing that could be done to cancel my online order and that if I decided to use Outdoor Limited again I should wait until I got pulled order confirmation to not just show up!" I explained what the other .an behind the counter had told me 2 weeks previous, and he shrugged his shoulders, and said "nothing I can do!" The other man at the counter then canceled my online order and I bought the ammo off the shelf for the same price. If I can find ammo at a comparable price elsewhere I will NEVER shop Outdoor Limited again!!!!!”

“Ordered Aguila 22LR Ammunition SuperExtra 1B222328 but recieved 1B220328 High Velocity... looks like bait and switch. Contacted customer service and they sent a link for a form to fill out and have not received any contact since.”
