“It took a while for it to ship. Made it to the delivery truck and was sent back due to the package being broken. Next thing was not a full refund until I said something. Will not order again. There are too many places to get ammo to deal with this.”

“I recently purchased various factory loadings for my 280 Remington, this caliber is not common so I had to purchase items from 3 online stores. Not only was Outdoor Limited shipping the most expensive ($18) they were also the slowest to process and ship the order (a full week after the others arrived). Thankfully my rifle did not favor the loads I purchased here. Will not be a repeat customer, supar service and noncompetitive pricing.”

“Ammo was not packaged very well and lost about 36 rounds in shipping. I was compensated with a $20 store credit which I thought was cheap. Should of just sent out a full box to make it right. I would look elsewhere for ammo going forward.”

“I ordered on Jan 8th….you shipped a Week later on Jan 15th. It got delivered on Jan 23….another week later. So how is that fast shipping as stated on your web page? Took a week to process and another week + to have delivered? I will say the packaging was done really well and the price of the items were acceptable (hence the two stars).”

“Multiple boxes were damaged with bullets spilled out of their individual boxes into the main box. One of the 20 round boxes was missing two bullets. No obvious damage to the main box so therefore the one box was shipped with only 18 bullets.”

“Plastic bag of bulk 9mm was packed without adequate cushion and subsequently broke during transit. Loose ammunition scattered around the box, and was actively falling out onto my porch after delivery.”

“Took excessively long to receive package. And I don’t know why I have to pay an extra delivery fee to receive my package. By the time I pay the delivery fees I didn’t really save any money. It would have been been cheaper to purchase from Cabela’s or midway”

“The prices were good, the packing was good, the ammo was good. The shipping time?... not so much. One full week from the time the order was paid for and the ammo was actually shipped. 10 days total. Not acceptable, but I'll try again.”
