“I ordered .22 and 223. There were two damaged boxes of 223 shrink wrapped to the .22. They had to have see the damage before they packed it. There were 9 rounds that were dented and could not be used I called and wanted to send the badly dames box back and just swap it one for one. They would not do it. I had to pull out the 9 damaged out of the box and only send those in for store credit only. Again, I don’t know why they would not swap the damaged box one for one. I have sent the 9 rounds back and will have a store credit that I will have to spend more money to use the store credit. They would not even send me 9 good rounds.”

“I order ppu 5.56x45 mm blanks 4 boxes and I gotten live ammunition .380 not what I asked for. Good thing I got my money back and the item returned. I’ve never had this happened from Outdoor limited. Good thing everything is taken care of.”

“Ordered 300 rounds of Armscor 220gr 300blk. Outer package arrived in good shape, but interior contents were beat up. Reached out to CS, they offered to refund the purchase. The ammo was serviceable, but most of it was loose in the box. Not worth my time and effort to return it.”

“Pricing was great but shipment packing was extremely poor. Ammo boxes were put in a larger cardboard box with only a small piece of foam. When I first picked up the box there were rounds dropping out of the box all over my front porch. Opened up the box and all of the individual ammo boxes were opened and rounds scattered everywhere.”

“The ammo has been poorly packaged on my last 3 orders. The boxes of ammo are loosely packaged and the boxes tear open during transit. I had to put the ammo back into the salvageable boxes and just leave the rest loosely stored because the boxes were too damaged to use again.”
