Out’n’About has evolved from the days when, as new parents, we went in search of equipment that would allow us to carry on enjoying an active outdoor lifestyle, whilst being able to take the kids along too.

Since those early days Out’n’About has become one of the UK’s leading pushchair suppliers, sourcing a range of quality products and developing them to meet the specific needs of the UK market.

“Lack of transparency around warranty terms – disappointing experience. I purchased the Out 'n' About Nipper V5 with confidence just over a year ago, with a 2-year warranty, only to discover that essential parts like tyres and inner tubes are excluded—but this is not stated anywhere on the main warranty page. Instead, it’s tucked away on a separate “Arrange a Repair” section, which most buyers wouldn’t think to check before purchasing. This feels deliberately misleading and does not align with basic transparency expected under UK consumer law. When I raised the issue after a tyre repeatedly failed despite a new inner tube I paid to have replaced, the customer service response was dismissive. I rely on the pushchair daily with my toddler, and delays or uncertainty in support have real consequences. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed by their customer service—I previously waited the best part of a year for a replacement part. Their response time and lack of ownership over product issues have made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. I won’t be purchasing from Out 'n' About again and would encourage others to be cautious. A good product is only as good as the support behind it, and unfortunately, this brand falls short.”

“Dissapointing service. Bought buggie wanted to buy accessories but not in stock so could not buy bundle and get discount. Stupidly carried on and purchased as wanting buggie. Contacted services for help, given discount code, doesn't work!. Only doing review as email says might get a 10% discount voucher.”

“Very disappointed with the way they deal with my order. The parcel was sent through DPD but it never arrives to me meanwhile I kept on sending messages which were replied to within a few days. Eventually, DPD sent back the parcel to Out'n'About without me ever being noticed but I was charged 30 pounds for that. They had a disclaimer on the order saying that the customer should pay for the delivery. They didn't even provide me with tracking from DPD. So as far as I can see could be very easy a scam in which they just took 30 pounds but maybe the order never went out from the warehouse. Very disappointed”

Unfortunately with orders going outside of the UK, customs and VAT charges are incurred once the order enters the relevant country, it does state on the website when you go to pay that we do not pay the customs charges, as you do not pay VAT on your goods in the UK, you are required to pay these when the item enters your country. I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your brake, as this is a moving part, it does just require some maintenance from time to time, we would recommend using a silicone or Teflon based spray (which you can either get from ourselves or any bike or DIY shop) along the brake rods and underneath the red foot pedal where the rods sit. Please see the link below to our technical video that shows how this can be done: Nipper brake bar lubrication – https://youtu.be/a6G7LB-uSp4 If for any reason this does not resolve the matter please forward over some images of your brake from underneath the red foot pedal just so that I can then have a look at this section along with a copy of your proof of purchase and I can then advise further.
