Sold me a faulty monitor. Then I had to wait months for the replacement. Then the replacement Went faulty. Then they tried to shove me off onto the manufacturer who tried to send me back in a loop. Would do NOTHING to help me except simply offer my money back. Which doesn't help because not having a monitor effects my livelihood, and I paid top dollar and invested MONTHS/WEEKS of time to get the product I wanted (impossible to get a hold of this model). Their solution was just go without it for weeks to get it repaired or refund it and buy a lesser one. Pure profit orientated with no consideration or special care for individuals as customers. Staff are friendly but completely tied up by management.

35 minutes, and waiting, for customer support with a stupid message “please Wait for next available agent”. Other companies give you the courtesy to tell you what your queue number is. Ordered via finance which went smoothly with the external company, but no update on the ocuk website hours later despite fully approved and confirmed finance. You’d think when spending a *small fortune* there would be some semblance of decent quality of information exchange. Previous purchases went well when no finance was used. There was no need for customer support. But this experience definitely gives me a different perspective to consider when buying a expensive goods.

I've been a customer of Overclockers for years, I was still living with my parents when I made my first purchase (so ~20 years ago). For the longest time they were fantastic, and the inclusion of a packet of Harribo with each order is a nice touch...but all good things must come to an end. To be fair, we all know that the RTX 30xx series of cards have low stock everywhere - however Overclockers are giving no indication as to when we can expect our cards. So far I have had two queue update emails (which it is claimed are only sent when they have shipped your type of card) - but there has been no info stating that the card I ordered has been shipped at all. In fact, the updates didn't even mention that the TUF 3080 was even being delivered to them. So either many people cancelled (probable), or they got a delivery and didn't update the forum. Either way, how am I supposed to know when I might get the product that has been paid for? Do I cancel my order and try elsewhere? Has Overclockers bothered to respond to my email (webnote) asking for an official ETA? No, they are running silent. Communication is far from their strong point, support has gone downhill, and they try to force you to use the forum. The forum might be official but the moderators are not (they do not work for OCUK), so good luck getting an accurate answer. Frankly they have grown to big, and as a result have lost what made them special. When I do finally get the product that has been paid for in full, it will be my last purchase - I will not be ordering from them again.

I sent my computer in for a repair as it's still under warranty, they couldn't find anything wrong with it and so they sent it back to me. When I got my computer back, the hard drive looked like it had been rammed back in place, I phoned them up soon as I saw the damage and they said: "It could of happened in transit and there is nothing we could do". If you have to send your PC in for repairs to OverClockers, I would take pictures of your PC before you send it to them as you may need the evidence to prove the state of the PC.
