“Customer service and the voice of the representative were exceptional; the company did their best and accommodate my day of delivery request; representative gave me a different delivery time frame; within five minutes she called back and said her manager said delivery will be made as requested without additional delivery charge; I will use Overnight Caskets when the need arises and have and will continue to recommend the company to others; thank you for your caring and exceptional service.”

“Did not ship on time, still charged the overnight shipping cost when they said that they would not which is $100 worth of shipping costs. They also "magically" did not have the casket that was on-sale from 5k to 1.7k and then offered an alternate one that was just a couple $$$ more for the "same price" like they were doing us a favor... Edit: 3* because they did refund after I had to reach out to them.”

“They had THE casket for my mothers funeral. It arrived quick, the company sent messages and emails along the way so I’d know where it was. And to top it off…the BEST part…it was even MORE beautiful than the pictures could show. Thank you!!!”

“The first CSR I reached answered all my questions and was very kind. I was amazed that they would hold the casket up to 6 months or longer if needed. The delivery to the mortuary went very well and the day of the graveside service we were delighted at how beautiful the casket was. The blue matched her beautiful blue eyes!”

“The casket arrived damaged due to what appeared to be poor packaging. The cardboard box only covered three sides, not the bottom, and the nylon straps cut through the cardboard and scraped the finish. The funeral home tried to buff out the scrapes and we used a marker to fill in chips as best as we could. We covered areas with flowers. No time to get a replacement.”

“Large selection, great prices, reasonable shipping options. The casket I originally ordered was not available so they substituted a casket that was a little more money and didn't charge me the difference, which I thought was great customer service. Would recommend highly!”

“It was a beautiful casket and arrived in about 4 or 5 days. I ordered it for my sister while she was in hospice. Quality was great and it was well worth the price. Much less expensive than funeral home. I was told by the rep, that they have many warehouses in different states. One warehouse was in our state, but my nephew decided on a casket in a further state. Great company to use and priced well. Beautiful casket.”

“I received a call from Mike that the casket would be at the funeral home by 3/28 or 3/29 . But it was actually reced by the funeral home on 3/24 , way before the home going service. Great Job making it easier during this process.”
