“Dealing with overnight caskets was a breeze. We had one problem with our order. In browsing the website I wasn’t aware that there were east coast and west coast options. I think that could be more easily noticed on the website. Despite this small hitch, Customer service called me right away and they were extremely helpful in making sure the casket of my choice arrived timely.”

“I went to Overnight Caskets website and found a beautiful casket for my mom. However, there were two caskets with the same color description. I was told that the color difference was due to the photography lighting. I talked to Mark, and he assured me that the light blue color that I wanted was correct. I placed the order with Mark, and he had the casket delivered the very next day, Wow! The pictures on the website didn't do any justice. The casket was even more beautiful in person. It was built with high quality and had absolutely no flaws. I asked Mark questions and he responded right away, by answering all my concerns. Customer service was second to none, and I highly recommend Overnight Caskets for any of your loved one's needs.”

“My experience with Overnight caskets was great from start to finish. The gentlemen that assisted me were very professional and patient. The casket arrived on time as promised and it looked just like the picture on the website I got a call when they had a more specific time frame.for delivery and they were right on target. “After comparing the costs of caskets at the Funeral Home, I decided to purchase online. I looked at the Overnight Casket website and found many beautiful and affordable options. I placed my order late on a Thursday night and the casket was delivered at the Funeral Home by Saturday noon. It was perfect with no dings, damage or any flaw or imperfection. The Funeral Home Director could not believe the deal for the high quality product. He said the casket I chose would have easily cost $5,000 MORE if purchased through them. It was not only beautiful but superior quality. I would encourage anyone to purchase from Overnight Caskets.”

“Casket arrived on time, however, we were nervous because there was no tracking information to keep our anxiety at bay. The casket was as pictured except the color was many shades lighter than expected. I would recommend and use Overnight caskets again.”

“During this difficult time your representative was kind and helpful in answering questions. The selection of caskets were beautiful. When we arrived at the funeral home they stated the casket was beautiful. I compared prices with the funeral home and they were double the cost and only had a few to choose from. Thank you.”

“Super fast. While I haven't seen the casket yet because it was delivered to the funeral home, they did receive it in a timely manner. Customer service was great when I had a question about which location would ship faster to Michigan. Thank you for your help. I saved almost $2,500. In my world, that's some real money. Update! The casket was beautiful and just as pictured. My brother was very pleased with both the look and the savings. I highly recommend their product and service.”

“My questions were answered via online chat. Ordered from the east coast list on Tuesday. Received a 2 hour delivery window for Thursday and it arrived a bit early. Funeral home required a family member to view and sign before accepting. It was packaged extremely well. Driver helped remove the packaging and waited while we brought it inside to inspect. The casket was a bit nicer than the one that was double the price at the funeral home. we got the silver economy Monarch. Would definitely recommend this company. So happy to have options to reduce costs when there is. I life insurance to cover burial expenses.”

“It was easy to check the credibility of the company. The product specifications were listed on the website along with a product-specific video. Customer Service was prompt and responsive. The only negative, we had to pay a fee for guaranteed 2-day delivery to the funeral home.”
