“Ordered new sheets on June 17, 2018 and received them a few days later, but had decided against them in the meantime. I returned the sheets at my own expense on June 25, 2018. Two weeks later and I have heard nothing from the company, nor have I been credited the amount I spent on the sheets, despite the fact that the sheets were never opened.”

“Ok been trying to contact your company. I called numerous times and emails I can’t tell you how many. Left message on the answering machine no one I mean no one responded. Your company said my sheets were delivered I did not receive a shipment at all i want at refund at this point. I am so discussed with your company. I will go on site and write a review I be sure to tell them DO NOT BUY from this company. Now you need to credit my 97 dollars . I also filed a disburse with pay pal order number 22297 ASAP do something”

“Make sure you read the return policy. I did not. I ordered the wrong sheets and could not return them because I opened the package. They also charge a $25 shipping and handling fee per item.”

“Material is less than I would expect from Walmart. The description hints that these are Egyptian, which of course implies cotton. It is micro fiber. The seams pulled up when I washed them and they feel like a cross between paper and plastic. Will not buy anything else from this website.”

“The order was wrong and I tried to e mail overstock and call them. No one answered either a call or text to address the problem. I ordered blue sheets and received them and extra white pillow cases?!! Very disappointed...last-time shopper.”

“I ordered 100 percent cotton sheets and you sent a &10.00 pair of polyester sheets. Please send return label as ditrexcted a month ago as your company sent the wrong sheets. I’ve called your company 5 times and no one answers the phone. I have reported the fraud in sending wrong merchandise twice to American Express as we have excellent credit and they have refunded our money since you are sending out wrong merchandise.”

“Very misleading description of the product. I'll admit my carelessness, but a search for 100% cotton sheets which leads to 100% polyester "Egyptian comfort" is deceptive.”

“Took too long to get here. Also when it did arrive, the pillow cases didn’t even match. Also one of the fitted sheets had something in the material. Wouldn’t purchase from here again.”

“The sheets are fine. It was the customer service that is really bad. We ordered the sheets to be here before we ordered the bed. Sheets were to be delivered by 4/21. Then the order sat in the warehouse I shipped for days. We had ordered our bed to arrive after the sheets. Because he didn’t have room to store either the new bed or the old one, we ended up having no choice but to sleep in a chair and couch for 2 nights. Their solution?!? Offer$5 off our purchase price. Are you kidding me? You screw up that bad and only offer $5 off. I’m telling my friends and those on social media to avoid your business.”

“The sheets are fine. It was the service that we have issue with. The sheets were ordered on 4/14. Delivery was promised by 4/21. We bought our bed to be delivered on 4/23. Due to a warehouse mistake, sheets weren’t delivered until 4/25. We had 2 nights without a bed and they only offered $5 off our order for our inconvenience. Really?!?”
