“Shipping! Anything that involves the USPS can go wrong and of course mine is lost! Seems you sent them UPS, who got them to our town but then gave them to the USPS to deliver to my house, Why? I have a UPS tracking number but no USPS number! What UPS tracking says to contact you so I did, and you have not responded! Where are my sheets? (order #19851) You just can't get split king sheets anywhere and it is all screwed up! If you screw up the mirrors I just bought, I'll never buy from you again!”

“The sheets are not 1800 thread Egyptian cotton! False representation! I doubt they are even 200 thread regular cotton!”

“These sheets are soft, I'll grant you that. However, they are thinner than any sheets I have EVER felt! I am sending them back and WILL NOT be buying from this company ever again! There is NO WAY they're 1800 thread count. I've purchased 500 thread counts that were better. I bought them because they were advertised as 1800 TC and I like a heavier sheet. We have a split king adjustable and both sets together were lighter than ONE set of my 1000 TC sheets! I'd keep looking if I were you!”

“The description is misleading these are microfiber sheets not 1800 thread count Egyptian cotton hotel sheets. They are soft but super thin and not worth $40 on sale. I could have gotten microfiber sheets that were the same quality for half the price. Will not purchase again. Very very misleading description!!!”

“If I could give your company 0 stars I would. This is hands down one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a retailer. I'm not a person that usually does reviews but your company's service is that bad. When I received my box it was split wide open and didn't contain any receipt or invoice of my purchase. Once I got the box open I realized I was sent the wrong color. I emailed immediately so I could exchange or return and the gentleman who helped me never got back to me. That was five days ago. All I asked for was my receipt. I then tried to log on to get my receipt and it wouldn't allow me to login or view my order history. I will never use your company again and will make sure to tell anyone I know looking for sheets to buy locally or stick with Amazon. Horrible!”

“I'm keeping the sheets but want to return the pillowcases. They cost $24.95 out of the total purchase of $64.90. But I read your return policy and it says I'll get a refund minus a set price of 19.99 for shipping. And I'll have to pay shipping to send them back on top of that. My fault...should have read your return policy before I ordered.”

“I thought, and was falsely led to believe, I was purchasing 100% Egyptian Cotton sheets. NO where in the description did it say," 100% microfiber that is as soft as Egyptian Cotton." The Bed Sheet Club does say," Egyptian comfort sheets." I consider this to be totally FALSE ADVERTISING. I had a set of 100% microfiber sheets when the fabric was first released and found them to be EXTREMELY hot. I felt as if I were wrapped up in saran wrap. I have owned 1800 tread count REAL Egyptian Cotton sheets,(They were made by Julian Alexander), they were like sleeping on cotton balls. In the Winter they were toasty warm and in the Summer remained cool to the touch. THESE ARE NOT LIKE THAT WHAT-SO- EVER!!! As they say,"If it sounds too good to be TRUE, it probably is." I feel taken and and cheated. So to those thinking of purchasing.......all I have to say is:"Buyer beware."”

“Care instructions were not readily disclosed on website. I was not aware of them until I received the order and a card with care instructions was tossed in the box. Had I known about the unusual care I NEVER would have bought the sheets! PLUS they were supposed to be 100% cotton and they were polyester! A total ripoff!!”

“i ordered 1800 count for Egyptian cotton king size sheet sets (2) but you sent me 100% polyster and this is not what I ordered. I have requested a return authorization but I have not received anything as of yet. I know I have only 14 days to return this order. my order number is 16698. Betty Linda Burke”
