“supposed to be 1800 thread count??? you can see through these sheets. Maybe 1800 threads in the ENTIRE sheet. What a disappointment”

“I ordered two sets. I opened one set to see if they would fit my mattress. It did not. I could not return with a full refund because I opened the set. How can you tell if the product is what you want if you don't open it. I was offered to keep my complete order with a courtesy refund of 25.00. The sheets were more than that. I kept the opened set and returned the unopened. I don't think the policy of return is fair. If you are not satisfied you should be able to return with full refund.”

“Stay away from this company! Once you order from them you will continuously receive their emails NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU UNSUBSCRIBE! They just ignore your requests. Also, you may think that you are getting Egyptian cotton but you are getting synthetic sheets that don't breath. They are described as "1800 Thread Count Egyptian Comfort Sheet Set". Note that they say "Comfort" not cotton. Buyer beware!”

“I have been waiting since April for a refund. The seller received and accepted my unopened return yet they are giving me the run around about my refund and it is now November. The seller lied to PayPal stating I did not return all the items and then secondly that stated that return was outside of the allotted time. I spoke to someone on October 18th that stated a refund was being processed still no refund then I spoke to someone on November 6th still no refund. Do not do business with this unethical company.”

“I placed an order that I didn’t receive. It was apparently delivered to the wrong address, not your fault but your shipper, but I contacted you regarding the problem as per your website and UPS and I was put off by you to contact the shipper myself. They told me to contact you. I wrote you a second time explaining this and got no response”

“The sheets are poor quality. They cheated on refund (No hassle refund policy is baloney). Open one set of sheets, never used them only exam the sheet period. These folks did not refund because I opened the pkg. Do not buy from these people. How do they expect anyone to exam the product leave it in the pkg. Paid $119.99 for three sets, they refunded $80.00 and have all three sets back. Also had to pay $17.05 to return these sheets. Cost me $57..05 for nothing. Stay away from these crooks. This is a scam, there is nothing on the site on in the package that says one cannot open the product. Had this been on the web site that says one cannot inspect the product then I would have not purchase from them (who would). Stick with Amazon or a reliable outfit when you purchase online (mark these people in your do not do business with them or Overstock.com). 14 DAYS HASSLE FREE RETURN (Not true) If you open the package you get no refund. Their story is that it is the law that they cannot take back the sheets if it package was opened. In other words you cannot feel the sheet or exam the sheet for quality of material and workmanship. These are poor quality and poor workmanship. I certainly will never do any business with Overstock.com or anything associated with them. Beware of buying sheets from these people.”

“I ordered 1800 count Egyptian sheets and received thin, cheap microfiber sheets. When I hold them up to the light, I can see through them!!! I will not purchase from Overstock again.”

“Sheets are not 1800 thread count, more like 300. You can actually see through them! Very light and thin. Will not buy again. You can buy better sheets at walmart for the same price.”

“I was sent the wrong order. I ordered two full king size sheets and two pillowcases king size What i received was two fitted sheets for a king size bed with two plain sheets with 2 kingsize pillowcases. Today 8/28/17 I mailed you the twin king size sheets two plain sheets and 2 pillowcases It cost me 22.84 to send the wrong order to you. Please credit my account if you can't fill my order correctly and send me the 22.84 for mailing the wrong sheets to you. Please advise vera esposito 631 987 6804”
