“I ordered a duvet which was planning to use in a cover but it was too small. When I called to get a return number, the rep said they could not because of health issues, but that they would still give me a refund. He also offered to send a cover that would fit, which I declined. Very satisfied with service, but if they had given the dimensions in the order details could have saved all a lot of trouble.”

“Excellent customer service and delivery. We were informed everyday as to the status of the delivery. Arrived in five days which included a weekend. We order fitted sheets for a deep mattress. The actual height of the mattress is between 13-14". The fitted sheet has a tendency to bunch up and move around on the mattress. It does not really fit tightly under the mattress. Otherwise the quality is excellent, especially for the price.”

“I ordered two sets. I opened one set to see if they would fit my mattress. It did not. I could not return with a full refund because I opened the set. How can you tell if the product is what you want if you don't open it. I was offered to keep my complete order with a courtesy refund of 25.00. The sheets were more than that. I kept the opened set and returned the unopened. I don't think the policy of return is fair. If you are not satisfied you should be able to return with full refund.”

“I love Love love them. The price made me almost not order them because they where so cheap. So when I got them I opened one package expecting to be disappointed when I put them on my bed and got in bed I could not believe the price and the Quality of the sheets. I’m a member for life”
