Rude talking to customers, recipients- literally yelling & shouting. No proper tracking mechanism on website No accessibility of these oyegift team over im, phonecall, wa. No ontime delivery

DEAR GUYS, THEY FAILED TO DELIVER MY GIFTS ON TIME , THEN I CANCELLED MY ORDER. OYE GIFTS THEY SAID HOLD MY PAYMENT BECAUSE I POSTED BAD REVIEW IN THERE WEBSITE. SO GUYS HERE FULL OF CHEATING . I have ordered a style kit (cost2199) on 17th feb for my fathers birthday it was showing that it will take around 3 to 5 days. Today is 22nd feb i have sended too many emails and even called so many times. No one is receiving my call and not even got any revert for email. This company didn't deserve a one star. Highly disappointed with there services

Very bad experience, parcel not deliverd on time but online status showing material delivered, also before delivery no proper call to client , and once called delivery boy no proper feedback inshort no proper management and bad service .

Super Scam!!! Need my money back. Ordered for a birthday where the delivery was supposed to happen on the same date, it's 2 days neither order status moved beyond order confirmed nor any response on my query to customer care has been received. I can't believe how come even they are getting listed at the top on google search. can anyone help, how can I get a refund??

Extremely poor customer service. There is no option to cancel the order if something goes wrong. Their customer service is completely silent all the time. They ask for the time of delivery but do not at all follow that. My experience is extremely bad and I would not recommend this to anyone.

Worst service ever. Especially customer service and executives. Item not delivered on time as they provided wrong details to courier. We keep sending emails to follow up and they don't even bother to reply. ZERO EFFORT. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZERO BUSINESS ETHICS.

Worst service ever. They accept the order and then on delivery date , they refuse to deliver it and don't even bother to inform about the same. When you enquire on your part you get to know that they cancelled your order. Customer support system is highly unprofessional without taking regard of the opinion they say they are processing refund. And refund is been put on hold for several days. And customer care executives talk very rudely and say you can do anything go ahead. Never order from them

One of the worst experience. Most importantly the customer service and executives. If u have any order related issue and you will go to them. They will talk very bad rude and will challenge you from front that yeah do this will see it etc rather than taking the feedback positively and provide solutions.

This is the worst most unprofessional gifting site ever I had an order which was supposed to to be delivered between 9-12 pm on 12th sept 2020 at some location. Theyconfirmed my order and said that there will be 0 delivery charges. I waited till 12 PM the order was still not dispatched for delivery. I called them several times they didn't picked up my call. Then I replied to the receipt mail. On that they reply that there will be delivery charges for it. Then why don't mention it before confirming order like other quality gift service websites. I have no problem that they are charging for delivery. My problem is they are not doing it before confirming order. The gift was supposed to be a real time surprise. But they disappointed me. Even the customer care was rude. Like we can refund you we are not keeping your money and all. They don't need customers. Highly unrecommended.

It's a scam! Please do not order from this website. They will snatch the money and not deliver your order. Someone was not feeling mentally well in this lockdown so I planned to make them happy by gifting something interesting. At last minute this website cancelled the order. It has been a month since then and I haven't received any refund. After putting several mails they have just responded "Okay" which makes no sense. They are not replying on whatsapp. Not answering calls. It's a clear scam! Order reference #1000118

I placed an order on 22nd July. Expected date of delivery was 23rd July 9am - 12pm. The order isn't delivered and now the customer care number is switched off. Such an unpleasant first time experience.

My colleague from Singapore ordered some gifts for me from this site to deliver to Mumbai for me. It has been more than two months and I haven’t received anything yet. They are neither picking phone nor responding to our emails. Order number 000018851. Will I ever get this order ???

I ordered a cake to deliver to my Mom on Mother’s Day. After taking the payment they said they would only be able to deliver a week later. I tried contacting on email with no response and several weeks out they have delivered nothing. Total scam operation. Glitzy website with no substance or follow through. Do not make the same mistake. I ended up using a competitor website and they delivered on time and stayed in touch through out. So this is not related to covid or any other issues in the city. Just sheer intent to defraud and no professionalism at all.

We have ordered a cake, it should suppose to deliver yesterday but not delivered yet. it was a B.day cake now what is a use of that cake if it will deliver tomorrow or later. No one is willing to pick the call, we tried multiple times. :( Worst Experience with OyeGift :( :( :( I have also write an email, do swift response asap.
