“I had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The quality is far below expectations, and it does not perform as advertised. It was showing same day delivery and got delivered after 5 days that too with such a poor quality. bought a LED clock. the pictures were just stuck on it that too very poorly.”

“Don't purchase anything from oyegifts.com, is a fake and fraudulent company After placing the order for Champagne gift hamper for my Wife birthday on 16th November 2024, I cancelled the same since they said they can deliver only wine. Even in tracking details shows as cancelled, but till today (22 Dec 2024), no refund done. I even asked to delivery the gift with wine and no response. I send several mail and called many times.”

“Don't purchase anything from oyegifts.com, is a fake and fraudulent company After placing the order, I attempted to contact customer care team, but I was unable to reach anyone via phone. i then sent a message on WhatsApp, and after a significant delay, I received a reply stating: "No service as mentioned to this pincode." I was assured that I would receive another email with product suggestions that could be delivered in the next 4-5 days, but I have yet to receive any further communication from your side. As of now, I have neither received the delivery nor any updates regarding my order.”

“Disappointed with Delivery and Cancellation Policy I recently placed an order with OyeGifts and had a very disappointing experience. The delivery time they provided was completely misleading. I had placed the order well in advance expecting timely delivery, but it didn’t happen as promised. Moreover, I had to cancel my order before 48 hours of the scheduled delivery, but they still charged me an unreasonable cancellation fee, which was far higher than I expected. Given that I canceled well within the mentioned time, this seemed unfair. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I would advise others to be cautious of their delivery timings and unclear cancellation charges.”

“I ordered a black forest cake, message card, and chocolates for a birthday. Despite my clear instructions, they failed to write 'Happy Birthday' on the cake or include a birthday cake tag. The Dairy Milk chocolates were also fake, with a different color and a terrible taste. The chocolates looked expired but were not expired, and didn't even come close to the real Dairy Milk quality. To make matters worse, they overcharged me, taking ₹300 for two chocolates worth ₹170. When I messaged them about my issue, they didn't respond properly. The service was terrible, and I'm extremely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend using their services.”

“My husband has ordered Anniversary cake and gift from oyegifts site for midnight surprise also paid extra amount for midnight delivery charges but these guys dropped message at 11 that could not deliver!!....after that contacting on customer care number, dropping mails, contacting on Instagram.....but no response ...this is fake site.... please do not order from this site and waste your hard earned money”

“It’s a fake site. I ordered items and they took money. But no response after that. They don’t take calls and respond to us. Never order through oye gifts. They themselves add good reviews about them, but they are completely fake.”

“my sincere request to all of you, Please do not use their service. I did a mistake by ordered few items from their website by looking at the website rating. Later on I recognize that it shows fake reviews. I ordered few items for a birthday celebration and ordered one perfume as well and after 2 hours I had to cancel the perfume as it cant delivered on the same day and I have asked for refund but they have not the refunded money yet and its been more than 20 days now. I have sent around 50 emails and their never replied to me specifically when I get refund or refund status. Please do not trust this website. Please do not waste your money on this people who never value your money or decision to choose them. Please use some other genuine website or services to purchase for your friends and family. More than that they told me that cancelled product they must charge me 25%. But still I have not received the refund. Their another tactic is that, the cancelled items also they shows it as delivered. Also they charging more money compare to other website. Please do not user their service blindly without comparing to other website. Please choose a trust worthy website even if its costly and at the end of they you will not loose your money if you need to cancel any items.”

“Yesterday I was ordered a combo pack which includes cake, birthday card and a Chocolate box, and while I ordered I had a wish on that message box for my Friend, but on the top op cake was written as I Love You, so I contacted their customer support via WhatsApp and email both and I said to remove the I LOVE YOU and asked them to tag”HAPPY BIRTHDAY VANITHA” today they delivered the combo.. but they had sent the birthday card saying brother and cake also they sent something different.. simply they sent different combo.. very disappointed 😔”

“Gifts got delivered to PG address without even having recipient details. The recipient had to argue and show proof of the order to pick it up. The overall experience was bad inspite of gift getting delivered on time.”
