“Buyers beware. Order says delivered but it has not been. Tried calling the customer service several times, texted, emailed but no response to any. Had a very bad experience ordering from this site.”

“Box was open and items were used when delivered, one of the item was delivered separate which was part of the box. People working in customer service have no idea how to deal with customers at all. Whoever delivered just ruined my Moms Mother's Day! on top of that Agent who was chatting online got rude and was arguing instead of finding a solution. Cake was not delivered the way the picture showed on the site. When questioned the person wrote "ok so only the heart were missing everything else was fine, plz don't order from our site again and don't recommend anyone also" IS THIS THE RESPONSE THAT CUSTOMER SHOULD GET FROM OYEGIFTS Agents??? I have always used other sites this time I used this OYEGIFTS and was just very upset that why I didn't go with some other reliable site that will delivered what is ordered. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER AGAIN... THEY MESSED UP THE CAKE AND THE GIFT ITEM (1800) WAS OPENED AND USED AND THEN DELIVERED.. SHAME ON YOU OYEGIFTS AND SHAME ON THE PERSON WHO IS NOT FIT TO WORK FOR SITES LIKE THIS.. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE HOW TO WRITE WHEN THEY DEALING WITH INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. THEY WON'T GIVE ME THE REFUND OR SEND A NEW ITEM INSTEAD ASKING FOR A VIDEO WHICH WAS NOT MADE WHILE OPENING THE BOX.....my mom is 85+ i was not expecting her to make videos when she received the gifts.... THERE WON'T BE A NEXT TIME WITH OYEGIFTS... ANYWAYS! THE IMPORTANT MESSAGE IS THAT "OYEGIFTS" SHOULD TRAIN THEIR WORKERS AND NOT JUST HIRE THEM WHO DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I VERY MUCH WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO CALL ME OR REFUND ME THE MONEY ... YOU CAN PICK UP THE USED ITEMS FROM THE ADDRESS....”

“I had booked a big hamper worth rupee 4 thousand for my mother on mother's day but even it has not been delivered.not even provided refund.better go with FNP. oye gift is a fraud fraud company and I know god will punish them in front of all of us one day. terribly disappointed.no customer support at all”

“This is a fraud. Please dont fall in their trap. I ordered stuff of about Rs 2800 and also paid for it in advance. Not received the item and the contact number provided by them is not being picked up. No response on WhatsApp as well. Big scam.”

“I ordered combo set with a small pillow chocolates and a plant. Chocolates and plant not received. Charged so expensive but their service is worst and poor. Gift message just print on plain white paper?? Seriously?? Do not order from them again!! Lousy quality and service!!”

“Dont place any order in this site. We placed order for birthday cake for same day delivery. But they didn't deliver instead they replied that they will deliver after 3 days . so we asked for the refund. they didn't refund our money also their replying in the email are so terrible. Be cautious”

“Very worst service..never go for oyegifts..fully commercial..they are least bothered about their delivering service..if the reciever does not answer the call within three attempts then they will send the item back itseams.they don't even take an opinion of the buyer or the sender inspite of requesting .never order expensive items from this site.you will just loose money and waste time trusting this people.bangalore worst delivery service.they doesn't know the worth of your money.”

“This is a poor service where they deduct the money and saying that the delivery location is not in the limits. The refund is also not done. The part is unable to reach out to customer service. Sent 100s of mails but no response at all. If you want to waste your money, please use this worst services. Otherwise never.”

“I ordered today 23rd Nov for same day delivery, I received my order... but unfortunately my 1st experience was as expected...*BAD* 😡 Received... 📍wrong product...instead of chocolate chips cookies, I got butter cookies. 📍bad quality, nearly expiring (in 7 days) coffee bottle. When complaint on WhatsApp, got a very strange & unsatisfactory response...will attach the screenshots. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE”

“Placed an order for delivery at Hyderabad on 17th Sept. After they didn't deliver on the date and time opted for, I tried reaching them on phone number provided on 18th, but the number was switched off continuously. Connected with them through chat on portal which was ended abruptly after I asked them to cancel the order and process the refund as delivery commitment was missed. Messaged them on WhatsApp and when I asked for cancellation and refund, look at the way they responded !! Do not fall trap to Oye Gifts.
