"I had a very bad experience with Oysho bras and socks. I bought a pack of 3 socks they wear so smooth and nice while they were new after every time of wearing them, there were coming out some sort of fabric and in a very short time they became so old looking and very thing at my toe area that I had to throe them out. \r\nMy experience with their bra was something that never happened before. The bra straps which are from some sort of plastic, they melted after some time of wearing specially in summer the, and they become sticky and get to stick to each other and my shoulders. It's just horrible.\r\n \r\nI will never buy anything from them again."

"50\u20ac Pants ripped on 2nd use. Contacted the company as something like this never happened to me and they did not agree to refund. I wonder why they have such a high price point for such bad quality as they admit that the item was not faulty - but how can it break on the second use?\r\nI loved the brand but after this mistreatment I will never buy from them again and will definitely discourage anyone from spending their money on anything from oysho as there is no customer protection at all and it has shown how bad quality it is"

"The worst company ever. \r\n\r\nI've ordered leggings for about \u00a3150 and 3 out of 4 pairs arrived dirty and worn. Took me a week to get a hold of them and when I did they kept asking me for pictures over and over. I asked for a refund for those items, took again one week for them to respond and asked again for pictures and if I tried to wash them. I would not pay \u00a3150 to have to wash brand new pairs of leggings. \r\n\r\nI have asked again for a refund and been told after 3 weeks to send them back. I\u2019ve told them I don\u2019t want to send them back as they don\u2019t have others in stock and I need them for a long trip, as a courtesy I asked them to give me a refund or a replacement. Again, they asked me to send them back. \r\n\r\nHorrible customer service, never ordering from them again. Not worth the money at all."
