“I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of Oysho products and the lack of response from the company.
I purchased two pairs of trousers and a hoodie, and after only a few wears, all three items already showed clear signs of deterioration: the fabric snagged very easily, numerous threads were pulled, pilling appeared in several areas, and the material became visibly damaged. The trousers even showed wear and pilling at the bottom, in the area that comes into contact with footwear. Overall, the garments look like they have been heavily used for a long time, rather than being only about one month old.
I also sent an email to customer service, attaching photographs that clearly demonstrate the quality issues, but I have not received any response to date. I find this lack of communication just as disappointing as the poor quality of the products themselves.
Over the years, I have purchased clothing from many different brands and have never experienced such rapid deterioration after only a few wears. Considering the price and reputation of the brand, I expected a much higher standard of quality and customer support.
Unfortunately, my experience with Oysho has been very disappointing, and I cannot recommend these products.”
“I would give it negative stars if I could. SO wish I’d read reviews on line before shopping there.
Thought the styles were so cute, I bought 5 pairs of pants.
The material pilled horribly after wearing them three times. They looked like trash and I had to throw them out. They were so bad I couldn’t even donate them.
I’ve never seen such atrocious quality in my life.
STAY AWAY!!!”
“Very bad customer service, no answer either from countless emails sent or just holding on their line forever, still no answer.
I love their clothes but I won’t be ordering online anymore. Basically there’s no customer service at all !!”
““The worst customer service and online shopping system!!
I can’t generate a returns label on the website and have tried to contact the company numerous times. I filled out their form about five times and tried to contact an agent to no avail. These are expensive products I’ve spent nearly £200 and I have no way of returning them. Awful company.”
“Very very bad customer service I sent a wrong order back to them by mistake even though I have proof it’s been wrongly delivered they are so unhelpful in helping me locate the parcel and fob me off with its lost very very poor”
“The worst customer service and online shopping system!! No exchange when you buy something online and online has completely a different system than store which doesn’t make sence at all!! I waited 10days to receive my online shopping items when came it’s dirty and I’m not allowed to exchange it with anything else!!”
“The quality of the products is really poor, and the customer service is not very helpful. I would recommend shopping at another online store instead.”
“I had a very bad experience with Oysho bras and socks. I bought a pack of 3 socks they wear so smooth and nice while they were new after every time of wearing them, there were coming out some sort of fabric and in a very short time they became so old looking and very thing at my toe area that I had to throe them out.
My experience with their bra was something that never happened before. The bra straps which are from some sort of plastic, they melted after some time of wearing specially in summer the, and they become sticky and get to stick to each other and my shoulders. It's just horrible.
I will never buy anything from them again.”
“Got pricey Oysho 'sports' leggings (high waist, very thick material, supposed to really hold everything in). Worn them about 5 times over 6 months. Until I pulled them up in the gym, and the seam just split in one place. They are my size, and at BMI 18 I am not really lumpy to stress the leggings THAT much. I guess I should really see Oysho as a home apparel brand which it is, not a sports brand (unless it's 'sports wear' that one wears on the sofa)”
“The quality is unfortunately quite bad. My technical jacket has signs of wear and tear in the fabric after just two weeks from purchase. I will avoid them in the future, unfortunately.”
“Worst customer support ever. You can't get an answer about your order and the only response is that the courier company has overloaded. I will never order again. The worst experience for ordering online.”
“I bought online over eight months ago.
Oysho dispatched the incorrect item to South Africa. I purchased a few clothing items to the value of R1800. I received Cheap sunglasses . They refused to refund my money. DO NOT SUPPORT OYSHO, THEY ARE FRAUDS AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU !!!!!”
“I’m disheartened by the extremely disappointing customer service from Oysho. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I received part of my order in a dirty condition, necessitating a return. The rest of my items were not received, and obtaining a refund for the undelivered order has been a frustrating process with no response to emails. While the product quality is good, the overall experience has been disheartening, making this my last purchase from Oysho. Save your money and time elsewhere.”
“Horrible company. Fradulent. My order was 126 at checkout. But they subtracted 156$ which was a real fraud. They sent me the wrong product. And when I contacted them they said we can refund only 30% which they didnt. I have reported these fradulent company to relevant authorities. Never trust them and do not buy anything from these theifs.”
