“We purchased Oysho merchandise in Spain and fell in love with the quality. However, as soon as I placed an order online through usa oysho it was a mess! It took a while to place the order, they did not deliver, sent an email apologizing and giving a discount that I could not apply to sale items. I got refunded for the items after reaching out again. Now the same items are available on sale for 3 times de price and I cannot apply a discount.”
“Would have given 5*, if their Customer Support wasn't so poor. Returning 5 items and only 4 items were reimbursed. Their reply was: don't mix-up different orders, while I had printed seperate return labels and put them in the plastic bag of the underwear it belongs to. Very silly to put their reputation on the line for a small amount of € 12,95!!”
“I was customer for 1 year all was good. Quality(90%) clothes,quite high prices. Quick delivery.
But! Customer service is bad its takes 3-4 days to get answer. Twice my delivery was not delivered(Royal Mail not sign in service) and I was home that days! Oysho insist that my parcel is delivered! No parcel no money. Minus 1 customer !”
“I am disappointed as my leggings were faulty. In the first instance it was a phaff getting them delivered to a local shop. Got a text saying the shop had the order and they didn’t. Had to go back another day on my lunch break. Item lasted about two weeks before the seam split. Needed a printer to get the return label. Another phaff. Then needed to go to post office to get proof of delivery for them to send a new pair. They apologised but no compensation for faulty product and all the inconvenience caused. Would not shop here again. Not worth it. Good quality items cost more but they last and the companies treat you much better. Have had my sweaty betty, Lululemons and patagonia leggings for ages and will stick with quality brands”
“The merchandise are great as always. Beautiful pattern and good quality. I am disappointed with the service. I ordered a gift package (which was a given option) and they came in a plain paper envelope. The message was a print on A4 page, with small font size. Nothing reminding a gift. I definitely wouldn't recommended as a gift option, expect if you want to take care the repesentation.”
“wat een verschrikkelijk slechte zaak. Bikinitop besteld, kwam maar niet. Gemaild waar het bleef (track & trace deed het niet). Kreeg ik een mail terug met dat het teruggestuurd was naar het magazijn omdat er een probleem was met mijn adres (woon hier al jaren: nog nooit meegemaakt). Artikel kon niet opnieuw opgestuurd worden, want was uitverkocht.”
“To be honest was surprised by the low quality of their clothes. I also returned some pants as they had hole in them (which I specified in returns form). They kept pants and kept my money. Customer service is a joke. No answer to my email. Just ignored me. Avoid”
